How should rock sugar, Sydney and tremella soup be made?
Materials: 2 medium-sized pears (about 500g), tremella fuciformis 12g (before soaking), a handful of Lycium barbarum, 30g of crystal sugar, 800ml of water and two or three pieces of dried tangerine peel.

Exercise:

1. Soak the prepared tremella in advance.

2. Soak the fresh pears in salt water and wash their skins.

3. Peel the pear, cut the pear into pieces, and remove the pear core.
