Wax gourd is a cool food, so you can only eat less.
Such as purslane, cucumber, wax gourd, bitter gourd, vegetable melon, bamboo shoots, etc. They are all cold foods. Eating too much will cause gastrointestinal discomfort or breast-feeding mothers.
Basically normal diet, as long as it is not spicy, alcohol, tobacco, greasy, high sugar, high salt food, pregnant women can eat.
