1. Start Parallels Desktop, but don't start the virtual machine.

2. Right-click the application icon in the Dock to open the control center;

3. Select the virtual machine to delete, right click,

4. Select the Remove option from the menu.

5. Or open the virtual machine window and select File-Remove from the Parallels Desktop menu.

Then, wait for Vmware to reclaim the space of the virtual machine.
