The most standard three-worship posture of Buddha

The correct action of worshipping Buddha.

1, bow slightly when worshipping Buddha

Worship Buddha is not an outward pursuit, but a self-development, so I bow my head and look back. Our Buddha nature has all the light, wisdom and blessings, but it is blinded by dark clouds and rubbish such as greed, anger, ignorance, slowness and doubt. Only by developing the virtue of humility can we clear the dark clouds, and now our Buddha nature is bright and auspicious everywhere.

2. Worship Buddha's head and face.

Only by completely letting go of the troubles of "arrogance" and selfish delusion can we integrate into Buddhism and Taoism.

When standing, close your chin,

Step 3 stick the collar on the back of your neck

When people look out, their chin will be unconsciously raised and they can't see themselves. When they close their chins, they can only reflect on themselves. They all take six tablets. If they are too busy responding to external stimuli and chasing the outside world without consciousness, they will get lost. Buddha has a "heavy jaw" phase, that is, closing the chin phase, not chasing the outside world, and pursuing self-nature.

Step 4 put your hands together and relax your shoulders

It means put it down. Let go of worries, worries and nervousness. If your heart is bound, your shoulders will rise. Relax your shoulders, let go of your delusions, let go of your destiny and focus on mindfulness.

Kneel on the inside of both heels.

Completely give up the fundamental persistence and completely surrender the fundamental troubles. In addition, it is very helpful to practice squatting. As the first Shurangama Sutra said: "If you are crazy, you will be bodhi." Sit down and relax, and a crazy heart will have a rest.

Bow your head and reach for it.

Reaching for the Buddha means that the dust on the back is combined with sleep, clear and turbid, corresponding to the Buddha. Keep bowing, be respectful and humble all the way to the end, in order to correspond to the Buddha. Sit still, keep your center of gravity, look at your heart all the way, and be calm. Shoulders apart, indicating happiness.

Step 5 flip your hand

It means that I want to change my mind to welcome the Buddha's light, and I want to support the Buddha without reservation.

Keep your palms flat and upward as far as possible, and don't lean, indicating peace of mind.

Hands like lotus, hearts like flowers. Fingers are soft and neat because the mind is relaxed and the inner strength comes from the heart.

Step 6 clench your fist and stick it to the ground

After receiving the Buddha, gently make a fist, indicating that you accept the Buddha's light, accept Buddhism, and be happy and believe.

Make a fist and lay it flat on the ground, indicating that after receiving Buddha, it is generally given equally.
