The Quaker's name for Sunday
Breakfast: get up early (around 7 o'clock), 2 bags of green juice+1 tablespoon of honey+1 cup of yogurt (mixed together), brew in warm water, drink on an empty stomach, and go to the toilet for about an hour.

Exercise: jump rope 10 minute, do 50 sit-ups and pedal in the air 100 times.

Breakfast: a bag of green juice+a glass of milk, a bowl of oatmeal and a boiled egg.
Morning: An apple.
Lunch: a bowl of fish head and bean curd soup, a small dish of shredded pork and green pepper, and a half bowl of barley porridge.
Afternoon tea: one cup of Pu 'er tea and one kiwi fruit.

Fifth day
Breakfast: a bag of green juice+a cup of orange juice squeezed by oneself, a boiled egg and a bowl of barley porridge.
Morning: a small banana lunch: a small dish of mushroom tofu, a small bowl of wonton (about 7 or 8) and a kiwi fruit.
Afternoon tea: Some work is busy, and a meal is omitted.
Dinner: a cup of green yogurt, a tomato or orange, and a bowl of radish soup.
