Since 1994, Li Haixia has been employed as a member of the Shanghai Art Series Senior Professional and Technical Qualification Appraisal Committee for three consecutive years. Obtained the qualification certificate of the judges of the dance competition of China Youth Art Competition issued by the Education Department of the Ministry of Culture. He was hired by the Ministry of Culture as the judge of the seventh "Peach and Plum Cup" Dance Competition of the National Youth Art Competition. In 2003, he was elected as the representative of the Third People's Congress of Minhang District.
