First, you can't use your own photos to change your avatar automatically. You can only use the avatar of the system.

Second, the method of automatically changing the avatar:

1. Please log in to QQ to change clothes first, click QQ avatar 7-day avatar suit to select a set of favorite avatars, and click the I have selected button to open the 7-day automatic avatar replacement function;

2. If you need to set a customized 7-day avatar, you can click the date = when you need to change the customized avatar, then select a single avatar = in the pop-up interface and click OK.
