According to the overall arrangement of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to carry out the Party's mass line education and practice activities, our bureau held a mobilization meeting for the Party's mass line education and practice activities, and it has been four months since then to learn the mass line. During this period, I closely contacted my thoughts, work, real life and growing experience, closely followed the theme of being pragmatic and honest for the people, and conducted a comparative inspection of myself from five aspects: observing the party's political discipline, implementing the eight central regulations, changing work style, "four winds", analyzing the causes of the problems, the direction of future efforts and improvement measures.

First, the understanding of the party's mass line education practice activities

Learning the mass line is a major strategic deployment made by the 18th CPC National Congress and an important measure to strengthen Party building in the new historical period. It is a large-scale, extensive and deep-seated ideological emancipation movement within the party. For individuals, it is also an important opportunity to examine themselves, reflect on themselves, dissect themselves and improve themselves. This is also an important opportunity to further enhance their sense of responsibility and pressure, increase their sense of honor and pride, and improve their consciousness of giving full play to party member's advanced nature and maintaining its continuity. Through study and reflection, I further armed my thoughts, updated my ideas, invigorated my spirit, further improved my political quality, and enhanced my sense of urgency and consciousness in development. At the same time, I also deeply understand my own problems and gaps, so that my ideological understanding has reached a new level, my sense of responsibility has been enhanced, and new goals have been established.

Second, deeply analyze personal problems.

Since carrying out educational practice activities, I have mainly studied party constitution, the Communist Party of China (CPC), excerpts from important expositions of the mass line, excerpts from learning documents of the Party's mass line educational practice activities, excerpts from important expositions, etc. Through study, investigation and comparison, we fully realize that "four winds" is the deadly enemy of the Party's mass line, which has seriously damaged the Party's image among the people and the relationship between the Party and the masses. The issue of "four winds" is deeply hated by the people at present, and it is the most strongly reflected issue. The main problem of the Party's mass line education practice is to solve the "four winds" problem of formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance. In particular, I checked my shortcomings and deficiencies in work, study and life, mainly including:

(A) the theoretical basis is not high, and the application of theory to guide practice is not enough.

The consciousness of learning is not high. There is a phenomenon that learning replaces doing, especially when there is a contradiction between work and study. It is often considered that learning is a "soft indicator" that can be pushed back, which leads to low self-awareness, poor systematicness, poor learning effect and lack of persistent and conscious learning spirit of political theory. When dealing with theoretical study, we are only satisfied with unilaterally citing individual principles, but cannot effectively combine them with practical work. As a newcomer who has just embarked on the post of XX, he has more professional knowledge and less theory in the allocation of study time.

(2) the work style is not true, and the spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic is not enough.

First, when receiving a task, sometimes the first thing that comes to mind is how to finish it as soon as possible, not how to do it best, especially when there are many tasks and great pressure. Sometimes I have the idea of coping in order to pass the customs, which affects the work effect, and I don't always set strict demands on myself with high standards.

Second, the lack of innovative consciousness, not giving full play to subjective initiative, limited to the things arranged by superiors, and sometimes new ideas just stay in a state of heartbeat and no action.

(3) People's awareness is not strong, and the purpose of serving the people is not enough.

Although I occasionally have the opportunity to go to the grassroots for investigation, I am not active enough. I only pay attention to what I want to know, fail to "come from the masses and go to the masses", fail to really get along with the masses, and lack the sense of purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. At work, the understanding of the grassroots situation is not comprehensive and systematic, and it is not timely and comprehensive to listen to the opinions of grassroots staff directly and help grassroots accountants solve practical difficulties. These are all manifestations of weak sense of purpose and poor sense of the masses.

(4) Diligence and incorruptibility are not deep, and honesty and self-discipline are not strong enough.

As an ordinary civil servant, he focuses on learning and improving, and pays insufficient attention to the construction of party style and clean government. Although we can live within our means in daily consumption, we still have the idea of pursuing brands and advocating exquisite consumption.
