Height to weight ratio
The proportional formula for measuring height and weight can refer to body mass index (BMI) and be calculated by dividing weight (kg) by the square of height (m).

Body mass index is a formula to measure the ratio of height to weight. Measure is the calculated body mass index, such as height 1.7m and weight 65kg, and its body mass index =65÷ 1.7_=22.49. The body mass index of Chinese adults is ≤ 18.4, 18.5-23.9 is normal, 24-27.9 is overweight, and ≥28 is obese.

There is also a simple formula for calculating height and weight: height (cm)-105 (male)/100 (female) = standard weight (kg), and it is normal for adults to fluctuate up and down this number 10%. For example, for men with a height of 170cm, the standard weight is 170- 105=65 kg, and the fluctuation of 10% is between 58.5kg-7 1.5kg. Above this standard, 10% is overweight, below this standard, 10% is thin. If it deviates from the normal range, it is recommended to see a doctor in time and intervene under the guidance of a doctor.
