A 5-year-old collector should at least be a team leader, and at least have a deep understanding and understanding of the collection process and collection business.

I suggest you find some outsourcing collection companies. You can do some training, personnel management, performance management, report analysis, rather than front-line collection. Or rely on your banking background to communicate with banks, open up the banking market and conduct public relations with banks. Or help start a new company or something.

In short, if you find a suitable position in the outsourcing collection company, another door of your career should have been opened to you.
