1, size, before designing each packing box, be sure to determine its size. When determining the size of the box, it depends on the material used in the later stage of printing, that is, the paper thickness of the box. Most of them are corrugated and non-corrugated. Corrugated paper generally uses e-tile, and non-corrugated paper is thicker. Therefore, before designing, it is necessary to determine the thickness of the paper, so as to scale the size, not the designed size, because the paper is backward and the last item cannot be loaded.
2. The packaging box is also printed, and the layout needs to be designed in vector software.
3. If the shape of the box is special, then we must draw the cutter line and combine all the cutter lines together, because the printing factory makes the cutter mold according to your cutter line.
4. When we design the package, after the cutter line is drawn, it is usually 1: 1 printed. Simply fold a box to see if the size structure between the lid, ears and so on is reasonable.
The packing box is also printed matter, so the pictures and graphics we use are in CMYK color mode. The clarity of the picture must be higher than 300 points, otherwise the finished product may be blurred.
6. Generally, the following contents will appear in the packaging box: (product picture, product brand trademark, product name, product usage profile, product barcode, manufacturer profile).
