Dalian artillery training base is located in Sanlibao, Dalian. Sanshilipu Street, belonging to Jinzhou District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Jinzhou District, bordering Xiang Ying Street in the east, Liangjiadian Street in the southeast, Shilipu Street in the south, Qidingshan Street in the west, Bohai Sea in the northwest and Shihe Street in the north. The maximum distance between east and west is 24 kilometers, and the maximum distance between north and south is 20 kilometers, with a total area of 180 square kilometers.
