Although the main purpose of acupoints is to open the breast meridians and supply the nutrients needed by the breast, they also promote the circulation of qi, blood and lymph in these meridians and stimulate the conduction of nerves, so the physique has also been improved.
In addition, acupressure points also have the meaning of "warning": if acupressure points sting, it means that the meridians are blocked. Touching the acupoints slightly will cause abnormal tingling and cold sweat, which must not be ignored, because it may be a reflection of symptoms and needs to be checked and maintained by a doctor as soon as possible.
Method of finding acupoints
Fingers will feel particularly soft when they touch acupuncture points, as if there is a concave hole inside. Injecting force along the finger to the acupoint will produce a slight acid and numbness reaction, and people who feel more acute will even feel a slight warmth at the acupoint.
Acupoint pressing
First, find the acupoints to be acupuncture.
Press the acupoints with the inner knuckles of the thumb, and press down hard.
At the same time, when you silently count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 to 6, the power of your fingers should have penetrated into the acupoints.
Stay for 2~3 seconds, then count to 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and gradually loosen it completely. The thumb still stays at the acupoint for 2~3 seconds, and then the acupoint pressing is repeated.
Each acupoint needs to be pressed at least 5 times to be effective.
This fingering is very useful. Please insist. Press 30 minutes every day for the first week (obviously increasing), but don't stop, otherwise it will rebound. From now on, just press 15 minutes a week, twice a week, and the effect will not rebound after half a year. This is also one of my personal secrets. I haven't found this stunt before, but I know what to do in my heart and can't say it. Now, it's okay. (Finding the right acupoints is the key)
