Jingming point

The acupoint is on the face, 0. 1 inch above the corner of the eye. This point is the first point of the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang, and the blood of the bladder meridian is supplied to the eyes from this point, which makes the eyes bright and clear, hence the name "Mingmu". Massage Jingming point can relieve eye fatigue and prevent myopia.

Yuyao point

The waist point is a strange point outside the meridian, with the eyes facing upwards. This point is directly above the pupil and in the middle of the eyebrows is the point. You can scrape from Zanzhu point (eyebrow depression, about to the inner canthus) to Yuyao point, which is the roller scraping eye socket in eye exercises. Guangming point

Guangming point belongs to the gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang, which is located on the outside of the calf, 5 inches above the lateral ankle tip and at the front edge of the fibula. Knee and calf from knee to medial malleolus 10 times a day, and then from lateral malleolus to knee 10 times a day. Knead Guangming point 1 min. It is best to feel pain when pressing. Ganshu point
