1. Wash the fresh grapes with pedicels, wipe off the water drops left on the grapes with a clean towel, then crush each grape with your fingers and put it in a transparent container (you can observe the fermentation process). Cover it and put it in a cool and ventilated place to start fermentation. Be careful not to be exposed to the sun. Use chopsticks every day? Stir 1 ~ 2 times. In about 20 days, the grape pulp has turned into grape juice, and basically turned into a fleshless state of grape skin.
2. Find another container, filter the fermented grapes with gauze, knead the grape residue with gauze until there is no juice, throw away the grape residue, and then pour the filtered grape juice back into the original container. If you want to make the wine bright and sweet, you can put some honey syrup, cover it and continue fermentation without stirring. After about 2 weeks, it was filtered with gauze again and bottled and refrigerated.
