The practice of spring health soup: white radish oxtail soup material: oxtail 700g, white radish 400g, salt, cooking wine.

Exercise:

1. Chop oxtail and soak it in clear water for at least 6 hours. Remember to change the water 3-4 times.

2. Wash the soaked oxtail, pour a little cooking wine into the pot and cook for 5 minutes; Drain and rinse with warm water.

3. Pour the washed oxtail into the soup pot, and add the boiled water without oxtail (no harm at all); Boil and simmer for 3 hours.
