How to make Doudou porridge

Ingredients: 50g millet, mung bean 100g, 30g rock sugar, and appropriate amount of orange peel.

1. Wash the millet and mung beans, put them together in a casserole, and add 1000ml of water.

2. Boil with strong fire first, then simmer with slow fire 1 hour. Boil until the mung beans bloom and the rice flowers break. Adding a few pieces of orange peel before the ceasefire will make the porridge taste delicious.

3. Finally, add a proper amount of rock sugar and stir well.
