Mangrove Binhai Ecological Park is located on the west bank of Binhai Avenue, Futian District, Shenzhen, adjacent to Futian Mangrove Reserve. In order to protect mangroves and their birds, the municipal government decided to move Binhai Avenue northward for more than 200 meters at the beginning of 1999, afforesting this construction land of about 2 1 hectare, transforming it into the current mangrove coastal ecological park, and handing it over to the mangrove nature reserve for management. The park was established in 1999, officially opened to the public in February 2000 at 65438+, and an ecological park management station was established in March 2006 at 1.

The east of the ecological park is the mangrove forest known as the Great Green Wall, the west is the beautiful and charming coastal avenue plant corridor, the south is the blue and vast Shenzhen Bay, and the north is the flat and wide coastal avenue. The unique geographical location of the park naturally becomes a tourist attraction for people to directly watch the scenery of the sea and mangroves. Here, the grass is lush, the trees are shaded, and the flowers in the four seasons are unbeaten. The sea, lawn, Woods, birds and butterflies form a beautiful picture, which makes you linger and have endless aftertaste. According to preliminary estimates, the average daily passenger flow in the park can reach thousands.

Eco-park is a park with plants as its theme to highlight the concept of "nature-oriented". There are many kinds of plants here, including trees 100, such as Ficus microcarpa, Ficus alba, Ficus alpina, etc., which are regarded as unique and spring-like all the year round. There are Lagerstroemia speciosa, Indus, Bauhinia, Erythrina and so on. There are elegant palm trees, such as Hainan coconut, Saussurea involucrata, Hypericum chinense and Saussurea involucrata. There are nearly 100 kinds of shrubs in flower beds, including Ficus microcarpa, red grass with big leaves, Alpinia officinarum, white butterfly, bamboo banana, tortoise shell, duck foot grass and so on. And Mao Dujuan, Rose, Dragon Boat Flower, Mayingdan, Lagerstroemia speciosa, Jin Fenghua, Nerium indicum, Yellow Shrimp Flower, Catharanthus roseus, Li Ximei, etc. The grassland area is about 18 hectare, and the main grass species is Manila grass. The plant configuration in the park is diverse from that in modelling technique, with trees, shrubs and ground cover plants scattered at random. Cool and quiet dense forests, wide green lawns and blooming flower beds all show their colors, but they set off each other and complement each other, forming a beautiful and spectacular landscape.
