In the government work report made at the Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress, People's Republic of China (PRC) and Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China proposed for the first time that "enterprises should be encouraged to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship, increase varieties, improve quality and create brands". With the "artisan spirit" being formally written into the government work report, it has become an important vocabulary widely discussed by all walks of life. It has been suggested that with the rapid development of high technology, everything is possible. Do we still need "artisan spirit"? The answer is yes. "Craftsman spirit" is not only a requirement for personnel's skills and knowledge, but also a requirement for employees' work enthusiasm, ideals and beliefs. It advocates that employees take their work seriously with their super-high professionalism, and proceed from meeting the actual needs of customers to pursue the ultimate quality of their work. It also includes respecting the working status of staff. Therefore, in today's advocacy of "people-oriented", "artisan spirit" will never fall behind, and it has important practical significance. As far as the education industry is concerned, teachers' work lies not only in teaching and educating people in form, but also in scientifically guiding students' correct values with their professional teacher quality and working attitude of Excellence, so that students trained in higher vocational colleges can grow into talents needed by the development of the times. It can be seen that the profession of teachers shoulders the important historical mission of cultivating high-quality talents for the development of various industries and national construction. Therefore, the construction of teachers' comprehensive quality has become the key to the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. We need to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges with the help of "artisan spirit", so that the professional ethics such as craftsman culture and dedication contained in "artisan spirit" can be well passed down among teachers. Therefore, it is necessary for us to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the cultivation of "artisan" teachers in higher vocational colleges.

First, the problems existing in the training of "artisan" teachers in higher vocational colleges

(A) teachers' wages and benefits are not high and lack of material security.

The main job of teachers is to get a certain salary by teaching and educating people. Wages and benefits affect teachers' work enthusiasm to a certain extent. In addition to basic salary, provident fund and social insurance are also important components of teachers' salary and welfare. In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, people's consumption level is getting higher and higher, but the salary and welfare of teachers in many higher vocational colleges are growing slowly. Comparatively speaking, teachers' income has decreased in disguise. In order to make a living, teachers can't cope with rising prices by relying solely on these salaries. Especially in recent years, the sudden surge in housing prices has put more and more pressure on teachers' lives. When people's basic life is difficult to maintain, they may work hard to find more money. The way teachers can take may be to set up remedial classes for students privately and earn some extra money outside their usual education and teaching work. In this case, it is difficult for higher vocational colleges to train "artisan" teachers. Teachers have to learn more knowledge and undertake heavier work, but they can't get more salary, so naturally they have no motivation to actively participate.

(B) "Craftsman spirit" related training is less.

In order for teachers to impart knowledge and skills to students more efficiently, infect students with their professional ethics and cultivate students' good ideological quality, teachers should first correctly interpret the meaning of "craftsman-type" teachers. It is only in recent years that the cultivation of "artisan" teachers has been strongly advocated and encouraged. Many teachers in higher vocational colleges are usually busy with their daily teaching work, but they have not settled down to think carefully about the true connotation of "artisan-type" teachers, let alone apply "artisan spirit" to their daily teaching work. A large part of the reason is that the current higher vocational colleges have not comprehensively developed the cultivation of "craftsman-style" teachers. Because there is little training in this field, it is difficult for teachers to organize training spontaneously, which makes teachers lack the opportunity to learn, unable to truly understand the profound connotation of "artisan spirit" under the current new educational requirements, and of course unable to practice "artisan spirit" in teaching work and cultivate students with good quality.

(C) failed to form a good "artisan spirit" campus culture

Campus culture not only has a far-reaching impact on students' study life and healthy physical and mental growth, but also has an important impact on teachers' ideas and behaviors. A good campus cultural atmosphere can not only promote teachers to consciously accept the influence of culture, so that they can actively learn more knowledge and improve their teaching ability, but also help to cultivate teachers' excellent professional ethics. The cultivation of "artisan-style" teachers depends not only on the regular training held by higher vocational colleges, but also on the subtle influence of campus culture. However, because the teacher training goal of "artisan spirit" was put forward in a relatively short time, many higher vocational colleges failed to integrate this concept into campus culture construction. Although higher vocational colleges are actively developing campus culture construction, the lack of "artisan spirit" will not have a favorable impact on the cultivation of "artisan" teachers.

Second, vocational colleges "artisan" teacher training path and strategy

(A) to develop a reasonable salary and welfare system to provide better material security for teachers.

Recently, national policies and relevant systems in higher vocational colleges have been continuously improved, providing teachers with better wages and benefits. However, compared with the actual economic development speed, the promotion speed of teachers' wages and benefits is still far behind. Through the survey of teachers' satisfaction with salary and benefits, it is not difficult to find that most teachers are still dissatisfied with today's salary and benefits. Especially those teachers who need to bear the heavy responsibility of family and buy a house and a car, their salaries are far from enough to support their daily living expenses. Due to special reasons, some higher vocational colleges have cancelled the benefits that should belong to teachers. Although it seems that teachers' salaries have not decreased or even increased, in fact, teachers' final remuneration has decreased, which makes teachers' actual income level decline. In view of this situation, the state should formulate a more reasonable salary and welfare system, appropriately adjust the salary and welfare of teachers in higher vocational colleges, ensure the normal income of teachers with better welfare treatment, and let teachers not have to worry about their livelihood. In this way, teachers can devote more energy and time to education and teaching. When higher vocational colleges advocate training "artisan" teachers, teachers are more willing to actively participate. By improving their comprehensive quality, we can convey good ideological and moral concepts to students with "artisan spirit" and cultivate students into noble talents. Although some higher vocational colleges have begun to train "craftsman-style" teachers, the training content is relatively monotonous and boring because of their late start and lack of training experience. This beautiful campus culture will leave a deep impression on teachers and make them proud to undertake this teaching work. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should speed up the process of campus culture construction. First of all, higher vocational colleges should help teachers and students to establish good ideological and moral concepts through continuous publicity and education, so that teachers and students, students and teachers can influence and promote each other and infect each other with beautiful humanistic spirit.
