Inverted diet
Recently, I heard a dietotherapy method called reverse diet, which is a bit like Separation of Rice and Water: Yin and Yang Diet, but not exactly the same.

The principle of regulating the spleen and stomach by reversing diet is to reduce loss and cultivate virtue. Inverted diet can't cure any diseases, but improve the self-healing ability by improving the function of restoring spleen and stomach. And the self-healing power will adjust itself.

Inverted diet emphasizes vitality instead of nutrition.

Nourish yang with yang and yin with yin.

We divide a day into two periods: Yin and Yang. Midnight 12 to noon 12 is sunny. It is cloudy at noon 12 to midnight 12.

In diet, eating is yang and drinking is yin.

Eat on sunny days and drink on cloudy days.

At the same time, pay attention to reversing the principle of "doing what you should do", which is a very important self-cultivation point in health preservation. Eat when you should, drink when you should, and don't mix them together.

In other words, when the sun is shining, you just eat and don't drink. Forefinger noodles, steamed bread, rice, vegetables, biscuits and other dry food.

Drinking on cloudy days refers to food with soup, or porridge, health soup, tea and so on.

Among them, we should pay attention to stay away from "overeating". What is overeating? Simply put, it is a kind of food that is less harmful to the body. For example, how to distinguish over-processed instant pickled products from fruits that are not in season is a university question, because we should fully consider our own physical reasons and learn from life slowly.

1. Chew slowly. The more deficiency and cold the spleen and stomach, the more you should chew slowly, but be careful not to overdo it. Just chew the natural flavor of ordinary grains.

Eat enough food in the morning, but don't be too full.

3. Go to bed early and get up early to ensure the smooth adjustment of the body.

Don't drink water in the morning. If you want to drink, try to drink it 2 hours after meals. If you can't do it at first, you must step by step, let your body adapt itself, and don't be impatient.

5. Don't be thirsty or drink all day, but drink when you are thirsty. Gradually form the habit of not drinking in the morning.

6. light diet. Don't drink, the taste is too strong, waiting too sweet, too cold, too tired, overeating. Sleeping at night or getting up early and dry mouth often means eating supper at night or having a strong taste.

7. Avoid cold food. Try to go home for home cooking.

There are four seasons in a year and a meridian in a day. This upside-down diet is a bit like nourishing yang in spring and summer and nourishing yin in autumn and winter.

It's worth a try.
