Standing pile of skill training of Dachengquan: The skill pile of Dachengquan is based on the healthy pile, and the mind and posture are slightly changed and evolved. The skill-attacking pile method still has the function of preserving health and eliminating diseases, but its main function lies in actual combat skill. Therefore, after some achievements have been made in the training of health-preserving pile method, in order to further learn the offensive and defensive techniques, we can practice the offensive and defensive pile method. Different kinds of pile methods are set up to train different forces, such as six-sided struggle, impact, elasticity, explosive force and spiral force. However, many different forces can be identified in detail from a certain pile method, so it is not necessary to be greedy to practice technical pile attack. Mastering two or three pile methods carefully is enough to practice the ability to defend against the enemy. Here are several pile methods with fast output and strong foundation for beginners to choose for reference.

1 contradictory heap

Take the correct type as an example. First of all, stand at attention, be calm, and relax your right foot. Then the heel of the left foot is slightly twisted outward, and the two feet stand in a semi-ding and semi-ba posture, which is called ding ba bu. The left thumb is twisted inward, the knees and eyes are twisted outward, intentionally lifted, pointing forward and upward, and the thigh root position is twisted sideways to lift the buttocks. The right leg, knees and eyes also point forward. The forefoot touches the ground and the heel is raised. The forefoot has several forces of lifting, kicking, pulling, shrinking and stepping. The right arm is raised into a semicircle, the five fingers of the right hand are separated, naturally bent, the height is not more than the eyebrows, and the palm is backward. The left arm is placed at the side of the body, naturally straight, the five fingers of the left hand are naturally bent, the fingertips are aimed at the right wrist, and the palm is required to face the left body. The distance between the two hands is one foot seven eight. Twist the nape of the neck to align the tip of the nose with the wrist of the right hand. The eye is farsighted from above the right wrist, but the divine light is restrained and indifferent, that is to say, if the light is taken back, it is called slope vision, and the training of technical piling must not be accepted. The front legs are weak and the rear legs are solid, and the strength ratio is the first three and then seven, or the first two and then eight. Upper limb strength is used to support four supports and six supports, and the ratio of upper and lower plates is 37. The idea of this pile is that the front hand is a shield, the back hand is a spear, and the forearm has the meaning of twisting. If you want to uproot a thousand-year-old tree, your successor will be invulnerable, so it is named contradiction pile.

A baby pile is also called a baby pile.

Take the correct type as an example. The posture of lower limbs is the same as that of contradictory piles. The shoulder frames of the head, eyes, chest and legs are the same as those described in the contradiction pile. The front of both hands are prominent, the right hand is in front, the left hand is behind, and the two fists are separated. The right hand is slightly lower than the eyebrows or shoulder level, and the left hand is slightly lower than the right hand. Fingers are naturally separated, slightly curved, pointing forward and downward, palms facing each other, adducted and slightly lifted, and thumb roots and wrists are picked up. The ribs and elbows are slightly stretched, and the hands are like holding a baby. You can neither exert yourself nor relax. Hold it, hold it, hold it. Because babies are also called babies, hemorrhoids are also called baby hemorrhoids.

3 Grab the ball pile

Take the correct type as an example. The posture of lower limbs is the same as that of contradictory piles. Hands up, palms down, hands about a foot apart. The distance from the chin of both hands to the head is about three punches. The height of hands is between eyebrows and shoulders, elbows are drooping, wrists are flexed, fingers are naturally bent, and hands are like holding a shot put. In my mind, the ball in my hand can be light or heavy, but it can't be pulled, pushed or dropped. Therefore, I named it the ball pile.

Birds try to fly.

Take the correct type as an example. The posture of lower limbs is exactly the same as that of contradictory piles. The shoulder frame of this pile is very similar to that of a baby-holding pile, except that both hands must be half clenched, and the thumb and forefinger are slightly round, indicating that the bird's head is supported, while the palm is empty, indicating that the bird's body is supported. Don't hold it tightly in your heart, but don't relax too much, lest you hold it to death or escape and fly away. The holder of this pile also needs to imagine that the birds are constantly struggling to fly in their hands, so the whole body is also tight and loose, so as to achieve elastic exercise. Learning this pile requires a certain foundation and practice.

5 floating pile

The posture of lower limbs is exactly the same as that of contradictory piles. Floating pile frame is a pile loading method, and its shoulder frame is generous, which is the basic work of one-handed and dynamometer method in the future. Take the correct type as an example. First, stand on the inclined plane in eight steps, slowly raise your right hand to the front of your head, palm down, fingers pointing to the left side of your body, hands slightly lower than your head, Qi Mei is better, and the distance between your hands and your head is about 30cm. Raise your left hand to the left front of your body, palm down, fingers pointing in the direction of your right hand, as high as your chin, elbow bend, elbow bend more than 90 degrees. Hands are higher than elbows, elbows are higher than shoulders, and hands are about a foot away from the head. The distance between the fingertips of both hands should be one foot seven or eight. Protect the center line with your right hand, keep your eyes straight, and look at the front target from above your right wrist. Hanging over the head, leaning back, shoulders relaxed, elbows drooping.

6 Dragon-lowering pile

Spread the ding ba step forward and backward as far as possible, with the front legs arched and the rear legs slightly bent. Its shape is a bow-pedaled step, with the front legs pedaling sideways and the front legs being obtuse. The hind legs are also curved, and the degree of bending is a big obtuse angle. Twist your head and neck back and look back. Push the forehand horizontally forward and the backhand horizontally backward. The backhand is slightly lower than the forehand, and the fingers are naturally open and slightly bent, which means to stop the dragon. This pile and the Khufu pile behind it are both big-step piles. The exerciser's skill increases rapidly and has the effect of relaxing muscles and pulling out bones.

7 khufu pile

This pile will also expand the eight steps to the maximum. Squat your hips, stand up straight and lean forward slightly. Elbows are supported outward, hands are extended forward, one hand is at the back, the front hand is slightly higher than the back hand, palms are opposite, fingertips are inserted, fingers are naturally separated and slightly bent, showing a state of pinching the tiger's neck, which has the spirit of reducing the tiger.

8 meridian pile

Meridian pile is one foot on the ground, and the other foot is lifted and draped on the object, and the height is flush with the navel. Take the right type as an example, the left leg should be tortuous and upright, and the right leg should be lifted from the knee to the left to form a big obtuse angle, and the foot should be slowly lifted to the pre-placed objects, such as the chair back and railings. Toe hook backward, upturned, resulting in the power of pulling and hanging, and the body turns slightly to the left, that is, twisting the body and turning the head to the right in the opposite direction. The upper body arm posture is like a floating pile, but the upper body oblique angle is slightly larger than the floating pile. There should be competition between the upper body and the lower body, as well as competition between the head and feet. In short, the head, hands, feet, chest, waist, knees and buttocks should compete with each other.
