I tried it myself after drinking it in Jan.

Ingredients: water chestnut, sugar cane, carrot, corn (pears are also good)

Step: 1. Sugarcane peeled and cut into pieces, horseshoe peeled in half, carrot and corn cut into pieces.

2. Boil water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put all the cut ingredients into the pot, boil it again, add rock sugar, and add it according to personal taste. I put two small pieces of rock sugar.

3. After boiling for 20 minutes, remove the floating foam and enjoy.
