Step 4: Get the food stall registration card from the market access window of the administrative comprehensive service center of the subdistrict office.
Food stalls with business premises less than 30 square meters can be divided into fixed stalls, market stalls and mobile stalls, and small food stalls can be registered.
Application conditions:
(1) The business premises shall keep a prescribed safe distance from toxic and harmful sites and other pollution sources;
(2) Having corresponding sanitary protection facilities such as dust prevention, fly prevention, rat prevention and insect prevention, and garbage collection facilities;
(3) The water used meets the hygienic standard for drinking water stipulated by the state;

Article 35 The State practices a licensing system for food production and marketing. Engaged in food production, food sales, catering services, shall obtain a license according to law. Article 36 Small food production and processing workshops and food vendors engaged in food production and marketing activities shall meet the food safety requirements stipulated in this Law that are suitable for the scale and conditions of their production and marketing, and ensure that the food they produce and market is hygienic, non-toxic and harmless. The food safety supervision and management department shall strengthen supervision and management.
The local people's governments at or above the county level shall comprehensively manage food production and processing workshops and food vendors, strengthen services and unified planning, improve the production and operation environment, encourage and support them to improve their production and operation conditions, enter centralized trading markets, shops and other fixed places to operate, or operate in designated temporary business areas and time periods.
Specific measures for the administration of food production and processing workshops and food vendors shall be formulated by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
