What is the essence of Tai Chi?
Question 1: What is the essence of Tai Ji Chuan? The essence of Tai Ji Chuan is to cultivate relaxation and strength, which are the basic strength and emboldened strength, and other strengths are developed by relaxation and strength.

Once you practice overall relaxation and feel rooted under your feet, most people can't push you.

Only by practicing relaxation and strength as a whole can your ability come from the roots, and the strength of your hands comes from the roots.

The power of luck, such as spinning, is also loose and heavy.

What I have been saying is still loose and heavy.

It can be said that people who relax their energy have to do Tai Chi.

There is no end to relaxation, so keep practicing. The depth of Tai Chi Kung Fu can also be regarded as the depth of relaxation.

About the intention of not using force.

For example, lifting your arm, no one will feel laborious. If your arm weighs five pounds, it won't feel heavy to lift it with ten pounds of force. At this time, ask your brain to reduce the force of your arm and slowly use eight pounds of force, seven pounds of force, until you use five pounds of force. At this time, you will feel the weight of your arm. The more you reduce the force of your arm, the more you will feel the weight of your arm increase. At this time, you will slowly practice the relaxation of your arms.

On the difference between reality and reality

The reason why some simplified Tai Ji Chuan and Tai Ji Chuan can't practice Kung Fu is because they don't know the difference between reality and reality, so they can't relax their waist span and practice it.

Traditional Tai Ji Chuan requires that the action of the back seat must be in a straight line with the top of the head, tailbone and heel. The advantage of doing this is that you can relax to the greatest extent only by standing up straight, because some parts of your body can't relax because they are not straight. Only after Matsushita went can he practice the waist cross, and only after practicing the waist cross can he dominate the waist.

For example, when simplifying Tai Ji Chuan's "pressing" action and pulling his hand back to the back seat after "squeezing", almost all the simplified Tai Ji Chuan actions are not in place, and they are not in a straight line, that is, they can't distinguish between reality and reality, so they can't cross Panasonic and draw a circle, so the hand pushed forward can never send out its due strength.

Lunge forward, the calf should be perpendicular to the ground, not more than half of the forefoot. When you practice loosening your feet, if you exceed the forefoot, you will feel something is missing. When you practice lunge until your feet are relaxed, you will feel that your front heel and back heel are stepping on the inner edge of a circle.

Tai Ji Chuan's rigidity.

Tai Ji Chuan's combination of rigidity and softness. With the gradual cultivation of looseness and heaviness, rigidity will gradually appear, and the overall looseness and heaviness will be cultivated, and rigidity will be complete. If you want to cultivate rigidity, you must cultivate loose shoulders, elbows and feet, so that you can have strength and roots, with the waist as the mainstay and the fingers as the shape. The so-called distributed strength is rigidity.

So the overall relaxation and strength are all practiced. Through relaxation, softness and rigidity will naturally appear, and stiffness will also appear. Combining rigidity with softness is naturally helpful to the upper body. At this time, you can use both rigidity and softness, or you can use force.

The words of a family are for reference only, and I hope to inspire you.

Question 2: What is the essence of Tai Ji Chuan? 1. You'd better know it before practicing extreme boxing. Tai Chi Chuan pays attention to the thinnest and strictest, and there are rules and regulations everywhere from skin, hair, bone, meat, tendons, collaterals, qi, blood and internal organs. Exodus: When you come here, you must understand. The rules of each part are clear, and then boxing will naturally be easy to practice. You know what to do and how to make all parts of your body obey the law. What standards should the ministries meet? Only when they have their own goals can they move forward. Why do I ask about the requirements of each part? You really understand. If you can't control your own part, you can't control others. Then the other party must take care of you. Remember to comply with the rules and standards, abide by the laws and regulations, and all parts will naturally fall behind.

2. After thomas lee, Tai Chi should be practiced by erecting stakes. Seize the pole-less pile of Tai Chi. Adjust your body, first put the requirements of practicing Tai Chi into your body. If God wants to keep it, his mind should be fixed, his head should be lifted and his hips hung, his shoulders should be loose and his elbows should be heavy. Wrap your hips and chest and abdomen with your crotch. After the requirements such as the tip of the tongue are really put into the body, that is to say, these legal requirements are really preserved, and the pile method is occupied. Tai Chi step should be carried out after the pile method is completed.

3. Take Tai Chi steps. It's also called walking a pile when taking Tai Chi steps. When practicing Tai Chi, the law requires that you may not be able to keep it, so you must keep it. The requirements for standing piles are the same. It's just that my legs are walking. When you walk, your body must be steady, you can't go up and down, behave yourself and fall naturally. Head-up is about 10 meter. Of course, there are standards and sizes for walking piles. You don't know the temperature unless you know the teacher. After practicing tai chi, start to frame. Tai Chi step training has laid a solid foundation for plate frame and pushing hand technology.

4. Rack. Don't be greedy for shelf recipes, practice one recipe well, and move on to the next one when you are not sick. Find yourself according to the four diseases of top, level, throwing, resistance and resistance. Then look for relaxation, generosity and naturalness, and start looking for compactness after practice.

5. compact. Pay more attention to the size when practicing compaction. The size is poor, the anger can't reach the bone, and the work can't reach the upper body. Check whether each formula is thirteen. Whether every hand and every movement meets the requirements. Whether the opening and closing are still, still. Whether each hand is a spiral force or a winding force. Whether the strength comes from the waist, whether the strength comes from the feet. Through the foot root to the leg, and then to the waist. From waist to arm. Fingers and the like need to be strictly examined. Then check if you are sick, if you have sick hands, everything is in place and everything is decent. If you do it, you will be thoroughly remoulded, harmonious, energetic, three-level, one family, one inside and one outside, balanced between yin and yang, and natural and appropriate opening and closing. You will understand the power. Get close to God.

6. Push hands. Practice pushing hands after you are knowledgeable. Pushing hands too early will lead to many sick hands, diseases and illnesses, which will be difficult to correct after a long time. By pushing hands, pushing shoes, squeezing, pressing, picking, elbowing, leaning, advancing, retreating, caring, looking forward to, looking for strength, checking whether it has failed to introduce four or two kilograms, changing strength from the inside out, giving up on yourself and following others. I don't move, I don't move, I move first. Whether to exert a single force and then enter the chaotic circle. After mature practice, it laid the foundation of Wushu.

7. attack. No matter what kind of boxing, martial arts and health preservation are the highest goals. Neither is ideal. In other words, this is an unscientific fist. (The technique of Tai Chi health preservation will be discussed below) Offensive and defensive is also the highest goal of this kind of boxing. It depends on how you pursue it. There are so many masters in history, why are there so many practitioners and so few martial artists now? I think our hearts haven't arrived yet. You know, pushing hands is not an end. Fighting is the highest goal. We should find change and strength in every style and every hand. Boron, shoes, squeeze, press, pick, elbow, lean, advance, retreat, care, hope and settle down. Tai Chi has no deficiency, it can hit people, and there are endless kinds of moves. As long as you practice carefully according to the requirements of boxing theory, it will not be slower than any kind of boxing. In my opinion, if we practice from a scientific point of view. Faster than other types of boxing. It's just a way to practice and find a teacher who really understands. Naturally, there will be a large number of Tai Ji Chuan experts.

8. Tai Chi health. As long as you practice according to the requirements of Tai Chi, you will be able to balance Yin and Yang and replenish your nature. The five elements are harmonious and comfortable. Qi, like bone, is full of qi and blood, and the body will get stronger day by day. The disease naturally disappeared.

9. equipment After that, we should practice our equipment, especially our guns. You must practice.

Tai Chi combines rigidity with softness, and pays attention to calmness when practicing. Don't forget the difference between silk and luxury.

Question 3: What is the core and essence of Tai Ji Chuan? 10 Tai Ji Chuan is a kind of martial arts, and the essence of martial arts is attack and defense. In the case of weakening the attack, each punch pays more attention to cultivation.

There is no difference in the essence of all kinds of martial arts, but the practice methods and characteristics are different. Therefore, there is no distinction between different kinds of boxing, and after reaching the level of master, they are all the same or interlinked.

Combining rigidity with softness, combining rigidity with softness is the essence, and it is also the essence of all kinds of boxing!

Question 4: What is the essence of Tai Ji Chuan? As the saying goes, "Relax, relax and learn Tai Chi. Learn Tai Chi first, Tai Chi is difficult to learn. " Pine is a passport, and pine is a stepping stone. To what extent Tai Chi is spread, it will reach what degree. If we don't loosen it to that degree, we won't know the mystery of that degree. Therefore, we should practice Tai Ji Chuan rationally and step by step, and always ask ourselves: Are you relaxed? Is it loose?

Question 5: What is the nature of Tai Ji Chuan's attack and defense? In the initial stage of boxing, I don't know much about this problem, only know one and don't know the other. After playing for a while, I began to think about this problem. Then, I think there is a core that runs through many offensive and defensive actions of Tai Ji Chuan. (1) In order to understand this problem, let's start with simplifying the "left-right shuttle" of the 24-style Tai Ji Chuan. This is a boxing situation with both attack and defense. The first action is "vertical rotation", the second action is "holding hands to close feet", the third action is "stepping on the wrong hand" and the fourth action is "pushing the frame". These four movements are collectively called "right shuttle". If you look closely, you will find that these four movements all involve spiral movement in the transformation process. Not only in the action route, but also in the details, there is a spiral movement. For example, pushing the frame is a defensive action. Suppose the other party makes a phone call by hand, and I pick it with my right hand. In the process of picking the frame, the right forearm should have a rolling internal rotation. This kind of pronation can make your opponent's hand turn outwards without hurting yourself. In addition, while the right forearm used for parry is pronated, there is also an upward movement, which invalidates the opponent's batter. Without this series of spiral movements, you are likely to be hit by the other side and miss a move first. Similarly, while the right hand picks up the picture frame, the left hand should also fight back quickly. And this "push" is not a simple forward push, but a forward push, and at the moment when the left palm touches the opponent's chest, there is an internal force of rotating push, which can be turned into an attack and send the opponent out. The "left shuttle" is to attack and defend in the opposite direction as planned. Whether it is a "right shuttle" or a "left shuttle", there is a way to run through it, and that is spiral motion. This is not only a comprehensive boxing routine, but also the boxing potential of several major schools in Tai Ji Chuan, which has many similarities. Take "Cloud Hand" as an example. The right cloud hand of Chen Quan (competition routine) includes "closing the foot and rotating the palm", "pushing the palm at the beginning", "inserting the palm at the beginning", "rotating the palm horizontally" and "raising the knee horizontally". From the name alone, four of these six decomposition actions are called "spinning hands". This kind of "rubbing hands" action requires both hands to twist in front of the body, that is, spiral movement. Even if there are two potentials of "pushing the palm" and "hitting horizontally", once the arm is released, it also includes spiral internal rotation. The "cloud hand" to the left has similar strength, but the direction is different. Let's take a look at Yang style boxing. The "cloud hand" of Yang-style boxing (competition routine) includes several actions, such as handspring, cloud hand closing, cloud hand opening, cloud hand closing, cloud hand closing and so on. When the palms and arms alternately draw a vertical circle in front of the body, the edge cloud makes spiral internal rotation and external rotation in its hands, and the palms also have handspring movements that rotate left and right. It can be said that this boxing potential contains a spiral movement from beginning to end. Wu-style boxing and Sun-style boxing are different in the form of "cloud hand", but the whole movement process also includes spiral movement, including the fist potential such as "cloud hand" with obvious "circle drawing" and the "lunge fist" in "dynamic beating". The hand used for punching is not a simple direct hit, but a twist from the waist. The main schools in Tai Ji Chuan have different styles, but they all contain spiral movements. S (2) Combining rigidity with softness is an important rule that Tai Ji Chuan should follow in attack and defense, and "being soft with hardness" is the killer weapon in Tai Ji Chuan's attack and defense. So how to use "softness" instead of "rigidity"? I think the core of this "softness" is spiral motion. Otherwise, this kind of "softness" can hardly be "rigidity". According to common sense, in the contradiction between "rigidity" and "softness", "softness" is at a disadvantage and rigidity is dominant. If "softness" wins "rigidity", we must pay attention to strategy. The focus of this strategy is not recklessly, but, like Tai Ji Chuan's predecessors, using the unique tactics of spiral movement to fight. The genius of spiral movement lies in that when confronting an opponent, it is not hard to hit "Gang" with "Gang", but to "stretch with pleasure", and to avoid the opponent's attack with the skill of "four or two strokes", and then attack with the trend. The force point of spiral motion is changeable, and the direction of motion is ever-changing, which can confuse the opponent most and make it difficult for the opponent to distinguish the direction of force for a while. On the other hand, we can strategize, turn passive into active, counter each other and defeat the enemy in the introduction of chemical warfare. The power of spiral motion can also be verified in daily life. For example, drilling holes in hardwood and drilling wood with an auger are deeper and more labor-saving than nailing. In modern warfare, the bullets fired by a gun with spiral rifling are farther, more accurate and more deadly than those fired by a gun without rifling. The advantages of spiral motion are ... >>

Question 6: What is the essence of Taiji culture? The so-called Tai Chi is to clarify the process of the universe from infinity to Tai Chi and even the metaplasia of everything. Among them, Tai Chi is the state before heaven and earth are opened and chaos is divided into yin and yang. I ching copula: "It is easy to have Tai Chi, but there are two instruments". These two instruments are the yin and yang instruments of Tai Chi. Up to now, all the visible documents about Taiji originated from Zhuangzi. Taiji schema theory is the crystallization of Taiji thought in Zhuangzi between Confucianism and Taoism.

Question 7: How can we understand the essence and highest state of Taiji? Master Huang Bosheng said: "The essence of Tai Ji Chuan is nature, peace, relaxation and balance, and the highest realm is the unity of man and nature.

The highest state of boxing seems to be free to send and receive, inscrutable and hard to find opponents. In fact, it just stays in the aspect of "technique" (martial arts level). The biggest difference between Tai Ji Chuan and other boxing methods is that his intention is not hard, he requires a relaxed and peaceful mind, and pays attention to softness, emptiness and roundness. He punches with spirit, intention and spirit, and achieves the unity of body and mind through the slow and continuous movements of chickens.

This characteristic of Tai Ji Chuan made him surpass the level of physical fitness and fighting, and he had the function of self-cultivation and enlightenment with boxing. His boxing theory is a combination of yin and yang, and the reality and reality change each other, which is connected with the unity of opposites and development of Avenue. While learning the theory of boxing, we are also learning the road. Avenue pays attention to laissez-faire, let nature take its course, and Tai Ji Chuan also pays attention to taking the initiative to attack from the rear, with static braking, making full efforts and taking advantage of the trend. Long-term practice of Tai Chi can make people calm physically and mentally, which is the same as the temperament and demeanor shown after ideological consciousness. So from a certain point of view, how high the ideological level is, how well Tai Ji Chuan can play, because it is pure nature, except blundering, blundering, fame and fortune, life and death.

If the goal of practicing Tai Ji Chuan is to win martial arts, not to cultivate one's morality, it is doomed that he will never understand the essence of Tai Chi. If he cannot understand the essence of Tai Chi, he will never reach the highest level of Tai Chi. The essence of Taiji lies not in the moves but in the avenue, and only SHEN WOO Avenue can get its essence. The concrete manifestation of Tai Ji Chuan's highest level in actual combat is that no matter who his opponent is, he can be fearless, calm and relaxed, ignore life and death, and beat his opponent in an instant by reacting naturally instead of thinking with his head. There is no fear overwhelming the opponent in momentum. Only by being calm and relaxed can we react quickly and penetrate the terminal. Under the guidance of faith and will, people's potential can be fully exerted. This is a display of Tai Ji Chuan's highest realm. ...

Question 8: Chen Tai Ji Chuan, the essence of Chen Tai Ji Chuan, emphasizes the power of silk winding. On this basis, the upper limbs have friends, strokes, squeezes, presses, picks, rows, elbows and leans, and there are five steps in the middle, namely "chest and waist movements", and the lower limbs have friends, strokes, squeezes, leans, picks, advances, retreats, protects, looks and decides. In order to get out of the "mixed strength" in Tai Ji Chuan's offensive and defensive confrontation, there are the following requirements:

Every strength must have friends, every friend must have entanglements, every entanglement must have a turning point, and every turning point will be drowned.

These requirements are included in every action and completed at the same time in an instant. Careful readers can carefully consider the formula of 16 above. Let's discuss the motion law of mixed elements from three aspects.

A circle with one or six directions.

The trajectory of Tai Ji Chuan's limbs is either a circle or an arc. Arc is a part of a circle and can be discussed as a circle. Let's define it first: a force with six directions is called "mixed force", that is, the necessary and sufficient condition of "mixed force" is that it has six directions-front, back, left, right, up and down, that is, a three-dimensional circle. Although some people walk in circles and arcs, they only have four directions, and such forces cannot constitute a "mixed force."

Forces in a pair of directions, such as front, back, left, right, up and down, are called direct forces and pose no threat to each other. Because straightforward, strictly speaking, does not belong to the category of Tai Ji Chuan strength. Only forces in four directions can form circular and circular motions, but the other person's brain can make judgments, and the instinctive reactions of the limbs can keep up with you, and then the threat to the other person is not great. Only the circular motion in six directions, that is, the three-dimensional circular motion, can make the opponent unable to judge your movement direction, which is the subtlety that distinguishes Tai Ji Chuan from other boxing methods. You can hit me first. As soon as I take over, I will interfere, change your direction of action, leave you in a passive and aimless state, and then I will hit you. This is the secret of Tai Ji Chuan's "first come, first served".

In this force with six directions, the front and back are instinct, the left and right are skills, and the top and bottom are mysteries. "Before and after" is a human habit, "left and right" can be mastered after training, and "up and down" is difficult to master and easy to be ignored.

Anyone who pushes the hand and Sanshou hard must be missing two directions, either left or right or up and down.

Anyone washed away by the other side will definitely have less energy in the left and right directions; When you can't turn left and right, you must lose the power in the front and back direction; Anything that is lifted or crushed by the other side must have lost its strength in the up and down direction. Therefore, when we practice Tai Ji Chuan, we must pay attention to every movement, and every turn should have six directions, otherwise the fist is incorrect and useless in actual combat.

Second, the revolution and rotation of limbs.

The movement of the earth around the sun is revolution plus rotation. In Tai Ji Chuan's movements, the lumbar spine is the axis, and the movements of all joints of the body are also synchronous cross movements of revolution and rotation. Generally speaking, the lower joint rotates with respect to the upper joint; The upper joint rotates for the lower joint; The anterior joint is rotating for the posterior joint, and the posterior joint is rotating for the anterior joint. The amplitude of joint motion in revolution is larger than that in revolution, and the amplitude of joint motion in revolution is smaller than that in rotation ―― what I am talking about here is the law of joint motion in wire winding.

The upper limb movement is relative to the lumbar spine, the lumbar spine is revolution and the arm is rotation. It is wrong to say that the rotation range of the spine is greater than that of the arm, and the relationship between the hitting leg (lifting leg) and the spine is also wrong. Under normal circumstances, the legs have to bear their own weight, which is relatively smaller than the range of motion of the hands. Therefore, although the foot is the front part of the knee joint, it does not rotate much, while the knee joint rotates a lot. This is a special case. Because the foot should take root, penetrate downward and twist when grasping the ground, it is impossible for the foot to draw a circle as big as the hand (except when attacking with the leg).

If the male transshipment is a shaft, the rotation is born in the square, so don't move wildly and distinguish the three sections.

The Tai Ji Chuan Movement requires us to understand three parts ―― the top part, the middle part and the root part. The whole body is divided into three sections, such as the hand, the arm and the chest, waist and lower limbs. Without revolution and rotation, the three segments are inseparable, and naturally there is no "continuity". Therefore, the theory of revolution and rotation is based on "mutual separation".

Knowing the law of revolution and rotation, we can take the spine as the axis, bend our chest with both hands, loosen our knees and grasp the ground with five toes, and integrate all our strength into one place and apply it to us ...

Question 9: Where is the essence of Tai Chi? Tai Ji Chuan's greatest secret is "looseness". After studying Tai Ji Chuan for nearly fifty years, Mr. Zheng Manqing realized the truth of "looseness". What is the name of n "Song"? How can n be loose and clean? It's hard to explain. Mr. Zheng Manqing recalled that Mr. Yang Chengfu taught boxing, and he sat there all day long, unable to say a word, and never spoke without asking him. But the word "loose" is always said hundreds of times a day. Mr. Yang Chengfu also said, "If I don't tell you this sentence, you will never learn it in your life." Mr. Zheng Manqing thought, "If I say the word' pine', can't I learn it in three lives? Fifty years later, when I thought about it, Mr. Zheng Manqing said: Not just three lifetimes, maybe six lifetimes. According to Tai Chi legend, it's hard to stop yourself and refuse to let go. Anyway, relax. How loose should it be? People hit me, no matter how strong they are, they can't reach me, so it's no use hitting me. It's all empty. What about me? What is the reason for beating a person a few feet away? This is Tai Ji Chuan's profound theory. Y has philosophy in his head and is the lever of science. Not only philosophy and science are integrated, but also various natural principles can be applied in combination. You will find it difficult, but as long as it is really loose, nothing can stop you. Therefore, practicing Tai Ji Chuan's "relaxation" is the first priority, which I (Zheng Manqing) deeply felt.

Luo Bangzhen is a great disciple of Zheng Manqing. Before he went to America, he specifically asked Mr. Zheng Manqing what he should pay attention to when teaching boxing in America. Mr. Zheng Manqing answered him, "Pay attention to looseness." Later, Mr. Luo Bangzhen said, "I have been practicing boxing for forty-five years, but I dare not say that it has been forty-five years." A word' loose' will make you ponder for a lifetime. " As the saying goes, "Relax, relax and learn Tai Chi. Learn Tai Chi first, Tai Chi is difficult to learn. " Pine is a passport, and pine is a stepping stone. To what extent Tai Chi is spread, it will reach what degree. If we don't loosen it to that degree, we won't know the mystery of that degree.

In Tai Ji Chuan's Essays, Mr. Li Yaxuan proposed that "softness is the treasure of Tai Ji Chuan". He said: "Someone asked Mr. Yang Chengfu before: I didn't see how hard you used it. Why are people who have hit so far still so fragile? " Teacher Yang replied, "I had a good time." Someone asked Mr. Yang Shaohou that when you are full of energy, you look very soft. Can this softness be strong? Mr. Shao Hou replied: "It's because it's loose and soft, and it's great to push hard." Therefore, Taijiquan's kung fu, whether it is boxing or pushing hands, should be loose.

Mr. Li Yaxuan particularly emphasized that Tai Ji Chuan should be loose, big and scattered. It is so loose that the whole body is not bound, and the arm is so loose that it hangs heavy objects like a rope, and it often feels like a heavy steering wheel bowl. The body looks as soft as a bone, but this kind of looseness is not soft, not slack, not soft as a pool of mud. On the contrary, it uses an air to encourage the body and make it move. Soup has strong and sensitive softness and elasticity. Tai Ji Chuan practiced to a really loose stage, his whole body was full of gas, and his left and right sides were full of circles. Mr Li Yaxuan is compared to an open umbrella. Put away the umbrella and relax when not in use; When in use, the umbrella cover is stretched. No hard work, no slack, all over. The whole umbrella cover is complete, every point on the umbrella cover is in the whole, and the tension is uniform.

Mr. Wu Tunan said: The secret of Tai Ji Chuan lies in "loosening eight sections and nine sections". The key to learning Tai Ji Chuan is that you can really relax eight paragraphs and nine paragraphs when practicing Tai Ji Chuan. Loose, the whole body can't be strong at first. There are nine joints in the whole body to relax. Three on the hands, three on the feet and three on the back. The three joints of the hand are the wrist, elbow and shoulder. The three levels of the foot are hip, knee and ankle. The last three are tail, neck and head. Among the nine customs, the most important thing is the hand three customs. First, let go of the three hand passes, first the wrist pass, then the elbow and shoulder pass. Shoulder closure is the most difficult to loosen. "Loose shoulder" should not press the shoulder, but should loosen the shoulder along the 45-degree slope on both sides, open the shoulder well point and fall on Yongquan point. How can I loosen my joints? Loosen the tendons between the joints first, and then loosen the tendons between the joints, because the joints are not loose and the gas cannot flow smoothly. We are used to being nervous and should constantly relax. When we are beginners, our movements are tense. We learn to know that those movements are the movements of luck with heart, transportation with qi and then movement. When the shoulder joint can be loosened, everything else is easy, and the ankle joint is the most difficult to loosen. After the tailgate is released, Qi can pass to the upper back.

Teacher Zhang Xiugang said: "To practice Tai Ji Chuan, you must have fearless heroism and fearless spirit." Because my heart is afraid ... >>

Question 10: What are the essence and skills of Tai Ji Chuan? 1. Tai Ji Chuan is a martial art, one of the traditional martial arts in China, and the representative boxing of Neijia Boxing. In fact, Tai Ji Chuan is a very fierce beating technique, but most people don't understand it. Secondly, the main schools in Tai Ji Chuan are Chen Style, Sun Style, Wu Style, Wu Style, Yang Style, Zhaobao Taiji, Wudang Taiji and so on. Among them, Sun Style, Wu Style, Wu Style and Yang Style are all learned and handed down from Chen Style. The origins of Zhaobao Taiji and Wudang Taiji are controversial now, but I think there is reason to believe that they also came from Chen Taiji. In addition, there is no clear distinction between the "sects" you mentioned and the "sects" in Tai Ji Chuan, but their styles are different. Generally speaking, it's still a door, that is, Tai Chi Gate. But in fact, there is no clear such statement. It is precisely because Taiji Chuan has been more open-minded since ancient times, and its views on sects are not deep, so it is possible to spread so many different styles and schools. Three, the essence of Tai Ji Chuan is to pay attention to skills, make full use of strength, characterized by looseness, softness and roundness, based on silk winding. Yang advocated reeling from silk, and skillfully achieved the goal of defeating the enemy with one stroke by means of quick fall and anti-association.
