Running on an empty stomach and running on an empty stomach only need to adjust themselves. If you want to get up early and run, you should go to bed early at night. Otherwise, you will get up early and go to bed late. During the day, I feel lack of energy and easy to do something wrong. Every few days in the afternoon, I want to sleep instead of running. If you want to lose weight, you can jog every time, two steps and one shout, two steps and one breath, or three steps, but you should run at least 2000 meters every day. If you don't want to lose weight, run for 20-25 minutes or more every day, but don't run so far at first, and then increase the amount of running when you think you can run farther and longer.
