The building faces the street and Spree River. The dock is located between the building and the river.
Combination of wharf appearance and architectural design. Wharf and building floors are designed to resemble folded concrete rings. The ring structure becomes the wall on the street side and the north side of the building. The side elevation is made of transparent polyurethane elements, and the interior of the hull can be seen outdoors.

Almost the whole ground floor is occupied by the ship hall, providing 180 berths and auxiliary workshop space.

Upstairs are multifunctional club rooms and fitness areas. There are also dormitories, offices, saunas and dressing rooms. For better lighting and ventilation,
