Acupoint sticking method for dredging meridians

Acupoint sticking is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy with a long history and wide clinical application. Traditional acupoint application only applies traditional Chinese medicine ointment to acupoints, ignoring the state of acupoints and meridians before and after acupoint application. Traditional meridian theory holds that acupoints can be opened and closed, and meridian injection acupuncture is a kind of acupuncture that attaches importance to the state of acupoints. In order to improve the therapeutic and health care effect of acupoint application, we have innovated the technique of opening and closing meridians on the basis of traditional acupoint application and the adjustment of acupoint state. On the basis of inheriting the traditional acupoint application therapy and finger acupoint application method, and combining the opening and closing state of meridians and acupoints, the opening and closing acupoint application technology is created, which improves the therapeutic and health care effect of traditional acupoint application, is simpler and more practical than oral medicine, and is a unique and effective innovative therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.

Historical origin of acupoint application

Huangdi Neijing recorded acupoint sticking therapy. "Ling Shu Jing's Tendons" says: "Foot Yangming's tendons, if there is heat, the tendons will slow down, and if it is difficult to retreat, it will be treated with horse cream." "On Ling Shu Hai" says: "the twelve meridians's husband belongs to the internal organs and external limbs." The above regulations explain the therapeutic mechanism of acupoint application, and achieve the purpose of treatment and health care through the direct effect of drug absorption and the indirect effect of acupoint stimulation to stimulate menstruation. "Lingshu Jin Jing" said: "Those who have meridians must live and die, cure all diseases, and adjust excess and deficiency." Stimulating acupoints can dredge meridians, and acupoint application can treat diseases by stimulating acupoints with drugs. Zhang Zhongjing, a medical sage, used Wuyang ointment and Yuquan ointment to treat strain in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. In the Tang Dynasty, Sun Simiao used Jia Zhu's navel to treat children's nocturnal cries, and proposed "when there is no disease", rubbing feet with green. Hua Tuo's Secret Biography of the Magical Doctor treats gangrene by grinding extra-large licorice into fine powder, coating it with extra-strong aromatic oil, changing it every day and recovering in ten days. Ge Hong's Elbow Backup Emergency Prescription in Jin Dynasty recorded that "malaria is cold and less hot, or cold is not hot, so vinegar aconite powder should be applied to the back when it comes", and included Radix Dipsaci, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Realgar ointment. It is recorded in the General Record of Shengji that "the ointment moistens its ointment to eliminate pathogenic toxin, and the ointment can eliminate the qi hidden in the skin", which points out the mechanism of treating diseases with traditional Chinese medicine and is a peak in the development of acupoint application therapy. Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica also contains a large number of plasters, such as Evodia rutaecarpa applied to the sole of the foot to treat sores on the tongue and tongue, and Coptis chinensis applied to the sole of the foot to treat children's eyes. Xu Dachun in the Qing Dynasty pointed out: "It is more powerful to stick plaster to its qi, make the medicinal properties enter its mechanism from pores, dredge meridians, or take it or attack it." Guangsheng First Aid Collection in Qing Dynasty recorded the experience and methods of acupoint external application for more than 1000 years before Qing Dynasty, which is a classic of later research and acupoint external application.

Mechanism of acupoint application

Acupoint sticking therapy is an organic combination of traditional acupoint therapy and drug therapy, which has a long history and is simpler and more practical than oral drugs. Acupoint sticking therapy is based on the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Meridian belongs to zang-fu organs, and external collateral is the joint of limbs, which communicates the inside and outside of human body. It is the channel of qi and blood circulation, and it is also the way of disease and evil spreading. Acupoint is the place where the qi of zang-fu organs and meridians is injected into the body surface, and it is a place where gods go in and out. The drugs applied at acupoint can play a role in treatment and health care. Acupoint application can improve the running state of qi and blood, regulate the function of zang-fu organs, correct the deficiency and excess of yin and yang, and achieve the purpose of eliminating evil, preventing diseases, protecting health and conditioning physique.

Traditional understanding of starting point and ending point

Meridians are channels of qi and blood, and qi and blood in channels and acupoints have different opportunities for ups and downs. Traditional Chinese medicine has long discussed this.

Circadian rhythm of qi and blood circulation in the twelve meridians

The twelve meridians is the channel of qi and blood circulation, and qi and blood prevail in meridians. The twelve meridians's qi and blood flows from the lung meridian to the large intestine, stomach, spleen, heart, small intestine, bladder, kidney, pericardium, triple energizer, gallbladder meridian, liver meridian, and then back to the lung meridian, circulating day and night for 50 weeks. The meridian stream developed on this basis belongs to the twelve meridians at midnight. There is a corresponding meridian with the most vigorous qi and blood circulation at all times, and its acupoints are open. At this time, acupuncture at these points can obtain better therapeutic effect. According to the traditional meridian theory, acupoints can be opened or closed. It is better to give acupuncture or corresponding treatment when acupoints are open.

Meridian needle needling

Meridian injection acupuncture is one of the traditional acupuncture methods. "Meridian" represents time, and "flowing note" refers to the note of qi and blood flowing in human meridians. He emphasized the influence of time on the curative effect of acupuncture, and thought that the flow of qi and blood in human meridians changed with time, and selecting points at the right time could achieve better curative effect. Therefore, meridians and acupoints are combined with daily trunk and branch, and the flow of qi and blood and the opening and closing of corresponding meridians and acupoints are calculated on time according to the changes of yin and yang and five elements.

The concept of acupuncture and moxibustion at meridian points can be divided into broad and narrow sense. Narrow sense of meridian needle needling can only calculate the twelve meridians and Wushu points in time. Due to different calculation methods, it can be divided into meridian injection method, meridian injection method and adopted son injection method. The generalized meridian stream injection acupuncture method includes various time acupuncture methods, such as Guilin Eight Methods and Tengfei Eight Methods, which has actually become synonymous with traditional time acupuncture.

Open four levels

The name of "Four Guans" was first found in the chapter of "Nine Needles and Twelve Books of Lingshu", which said: "The five zang-organs have six fu-organs, and the six fu-organs have twelve books, twelve of which are from the four Guans, and the four Guans are mainly the five zang-organs." The "four passes" here mainly refer to the acupoints below the elbow and knee joint of the limbs, and there are no specific acupoints. Dou Hanqing put forward in "Expressing Friends": "Both cold and heat are painful, and only four levels are opened." The name of "opening four customs" was put forward for the first time. The original meaning refers to the acupoints below the elbow and knee when treating cold-heat arthralgia. The annotation of "Expressing Friends Fu" is the same as Xu's annotation, which clearly points out that "four links and four points, too rushing to join the valley". Since then, opening four passes means that the corresponding manipulations act on Hegu and Taichong points.

The "open" of opening four levels means open, open. The "Four Customs" is located in the headquarters of the twelve meridians and should not be blocked. It is necessary to enlighten the mind to make qi and blood flow smoothly, so as to achieve the purpose of exorcising evil and relieving pain. Hegu and Taichong are the original acupoints of this classic, Hegu belongs to Yang; Taichong belongs to yin, two points, one yang and one yin, one fu organ and one dirty, one up and down, control qi and blood, and complement each other. The purpose of "opening four passes" is to stimulate the special properties of acupoints by corresponding methods, so as to achieve the purpose of curing diseases quickly.

Meridian acupoint application technology originates from meridian theory, meridian flow, acupoint application, finger acupoint application and other traditional Chinese medicine therapies. This technology combines the characteristics of qi and blood flow in meridian points, and adjusts the state of meridian points through the opening and closing of acupuncture points before and after Chinese medicine acupoint application, thus improving the health care and treatment effect of acupoint application. This technology is a health care and treatment function that several treatment technologies cooperate with each other and exert the overall superposition effect. First of all, the role of acupuncture points, drugs act on acupuncture points, improve local blood circulation and surrounding tissue nutrition, adjust meridian qi and blood, and adjust human yin and yang; Secondly, the role of drugs, drugs absorbed through the skin into the blood circulation, acting on the body; Thirdly, the functions of acupoints, acupressure, opening and closing acupoints stimulate acupoints, stimulate the qi of meridians and mobilize the functions of meridians.
