The northern part has a temperate monsoon climate, and the southern part has a subtropical climate, with remarkable maritime characteristics. The average annual rainfall is about 1500mm, and the rainfall from June to August is relatively large, accounting for 70% of the whole year. The annual average precipitation is about 1500mm, which gradually decreases from south to north.
