Where is Beijing Phoenix International Media Center? Address:No. 1, Chaoyang Park South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
If I can experience the mystery of outer space in real life, I may think of an art exhibition or an experience hall, but unexpectedly, it will be a building that will make me feel this way.
It is no exaggeration to describe the Imperial City Phoenix International Media Center with "mystery", "shock" and "the nearest place to the Milky Way". From the moment we walked into this building, we had the illusion of visiting the "space station". The combination of architecture and art makes it quickly become a punching point among network celebrities.
Anyone who knows about CNN in the United States will know that the studio can also become a scenic spot, and the Phoenix Center is also a similar scenic spot. It is actually the Beijing headquarters of Phoenix Satellite TV. Walking into the exhibition hall inside, you can see that the staff is recording the program.
What should have been a serious workplace has evolved into an interactive experience space open to the public, which is also its characteristic. When I first saw it, some people said it was a miniature version of the bird's nest. It was made of steel bars and looked really like it from a distance.
However, when you walk in, some people will think that this is a Mobius ring, which seems to be always flowing and full of changes. Buildings have no completely vertical or horizontal steel frames, almost all of them are irregular shapes, and the twisted extension parts are staggered once.
Looking at this building from any different angle, we can get different architectural forms and let people have unlimited imagination.
Stepping into the interior of the building, the indoor decoration during the day tends to be simple and elegant. Pure white steel structure and several interlaced lines form a quadrilateral exterior wall. Sunlight shines into the room through the glass, and natural light is absorbed and projected on the indoor wall, which is also pure white.
Walking in the corridor of light and shadow, the light and shadow of the pane wall is projected on the ground and changes with the movement of the sun. Looking out through the glass, it is an equally towering modern building. Walking on such a technical facade is like shuttling back and forth in different time and space.
At present, the Phoenix Center is exhibiting "Flying Dreams" works, such as girls dancing ballet, girls playing flute, children playing and young people swimming. All kinds of sculptures are showing smart gestures in the Phoenix Center, flying with dreams.
The dream bridge soaring in the building, the whole bridge is not supported by a pillar, but it can accommodate hundreds of people walking on it at the same time, which is amazing. The bridge deck twists and turns and climbs inside the building. From different angles, we can see that the shape of the bridge extends in different directions, hovering indoors like a dragon, which is very spectacular.
By nightfall, the lights were on, and the building seemed to be trapped in the dark for an instant, and it became bright because of the flashing lights. At this moment, I immediately understood the origin of the "space station". The building with weak blue light is like a mysterious luminous body, which makes people feel magical and can't help but approach.
In hot weather, I really don't want to stay outside for a moment, so I might as well walk into this "space station" and see what a mysterious and charming art building it is in the bustling imperial city.
