" Giving up one law cannot become a dharma body, and living in one law cannot become a dharma body.

In this way, meditation can also take one method as a convenience, ponder interrogation and research, and be a stepping stone to break ginseng. In an instant, he can forget everything, escape from the inside and outside, blend in with the void, and truly reach the realm of "nothing, where there is dust". If we can do this, there will be nothing in the material world and the spiritual world, and we will suddenly surpass this world and leave it forever, and we will feel at ease and all our sufferings will be broken. This kind of empirical condition is only when people are extremely concerned about their own minds, but they have no thoughts, feelings, gains, gains and gains. This is an achievement of real participation and real understanding.

To truly understand, we must first firmly believe that we are originally a Buddha, that we are naive and self-sufficient, that we have a wonderful body of nirvana, and that we have never brought it with us. The so-called great karma means that all beings have realized the knowledge of Buddha's personal testimony, and nothing else. Therefore, as the saying goes, "Only this fact holds true for the other two. He also said: "The Buddhas and the world gods only appeared in the world because of a major event. Sharifutsu, why did Yun name the buddhas the only deity in the world because of a great event? Buddha should let all living beings know Buddha, so as to be clean and appear in the world.

I want to show all the knowledge of the living Buddha, and I will appear in the world. I want all beings to realize Buddhism and reason and appear in the world. I want all beings to know what they are and appear in the world. Sharifutsu appeared in the world because of a great event of Buddhists. Buddha said that in order to make all beings realize their understanding of Buddhism, they need to confirm their thoughts. Real thoughts are intangible, intangible, and you must have an invisible heart to prove it. If there is no wisdom and no gain, three virtues and three bodhis will be achieved. Knowing this profound truth, you will naturally believe that "pure mind" is the best and most convenient way to prove that there is no phase.

The Buddha said at the Huayan Conference: "All beings who have no wisdom of the Tathagata reverse their persistence with delusion, but do not prove it. If you leave your delusion and become wise, natural and unimpeded, you will have to live in the present. This shows that every living being has the wisdom and virtue of Tathagata, which are all ready-made. They were originally Buddhas, but they couldn't prove it because of delusion and persistence. If they had left their delusion and persistence, everything would be the same now. Therefore, the Buddha said, "Either he knows all the laws, or he is self-centered and achieves wisdom." "I think the most important thing is to look in the mirror from the heart. If you don't ask for it, you will get farther and farther. Therefore, "Hua Yan Jing Deng Xu Mi Shan" said: "If you are born in a separation, your eyes will be bad, your foolish Jaken will increase, and you will not see the Buddhas. All laws are born, empty and asexual; All methods are idealistic, and the heart is illusory and asexual. This summarizes the purpose of Mahayana Prajna and Mahayana Yoga. Break my law and stick to it, showing truth and vulgarity; Send rational wisdom, as well as evidence and natural wisdom. For asexual heart, heart is everything, so you can mention Nirvana heart (this empty asexual heart) at will. This state is really not the result of words explaining false wisdom and putting forward thinking, so there is no need to establish words or teach others. But the convenient way to achieve this state, I think, is to start with pure mind and mind.

"Mind-watching Sutra" said: "Among the three realms, the mind is the center, and those who can watch the mind are liberated, while those who can't watch the mind are bound forever. The Buddha clearly instructed the importance of observing the mind here. If the meditator does not follow the convenient method of observing the mind, he will not violate the teachings of the Buddha. Looking at the mirror from the heart is to witness the reality without phase with the heart without phase. All beings are self-nature, originally pure, and everything is ready. You don't need to ask, learn, or care. Once you have a heart, you will be far away. Therefore, the next thought is to rest, not to seek all the laws, but to seek all the hearts, to forget both the heart and the law, and to be self-sufficient and comfortable. Even so, before this moment, we should tear it all the time, look back and reflect. Classic of Heritage Education says: "So, you should be good at controlling your thoughts, controlling your thoughts in one place and doing everything everywhere. 」

The role of the heart is incredible. Jing Zong Lu said: "The mind can be a Buddha, a sentient being, a heaven or a hell. Different hearts are competing with each other, a calm heart is calm in the dharma field, a heart full of three poisons is entangled, and a holy heart is comfortable in the six ways. An empty heart is pure, and a heart is boundless. " The four saints and six saints all start from the heart, and only at this moment. You can't be honest without thinking about it! The Diamond Sutra says, "My aunt Doro has three benefits and three bodhis, and even I can't get them. My name is aunt Dorothy's three advantages and three bodhis. " If Zen people have this idea, they will know that Buddhism, Taoism and magic are all wrong.

The heart has no phase, originally pure, bright and clean. There is no Fiona Fang, no size, no length, or even all forms. No leakage, no confusion, no enlightenment, no self, no Buddha. The world is in the sea, and the sages are like lightning. The Dharma Body, like the Buddha from ancient times to the present, lacks nothing. If you don't see anything, you look at your heart in isolation, that is, waiting. You must work hard and try to look at your heart all your life. Without this heart, there would be no Buddha. In the past, Tathagata was just a clear-headed person; Today's sages are also people who cultivate their hearts; People who study in the future should follow this law.

I hope monks don't ask outside. The heart has no dye, and it is self-explanatory, but it is separated from the illusory fate, just like the Buddha. Therefore, Hui Ke, the second ancestor, often taught scholars: "The mind is the Buddha, the mind is the Dharma, the Dharma is the same, and the monk treasure is the same. Master Sanzu Sanshen said, "There is nothing difficult about the supreme way, but you are too picky, but you don't hate love, but understand it." He also said: "life is not a heart, and everything is blameless. "All methods are like dreams and illusions. Therefore, I miss this silence, the dust world is empty, all practices are empty, spiritual knowledge is either ignorance or this empty heart is the true face of human beings. It is also a French seal handed down by the Buddhas of the Three Realms, the ancestors of the past dynasties and the common people. If you realize this heart, it's really called not practicing the ladder, going straight to the Buddha's land, crossing the three realms step by step, and undoubtedly returning home.

"What's the name of no thought? If you see all the laws, your heart is not dyed, because you have no thoughts. 」

"If you realize that you don't read Buddhism, you can do anything; Those who realize that there is no Buddhism can see the realm of all Buddhas; Those who realize that there is no law will gain the status of Buddha. 」

"What is the name of meditation? For all the realms of good and evil, the heart cannot be called meditation, and the inner self is called Zen. What is the name of meditation? It is a question of getting rid of the external Zen, and it is a question of inner chaos. If what you see is not chaotic, it is true. 」

Zen master Yongjia said: "After forgetting your fate, you are silent, and the nature of knowledge is vivid. If you don't remember it, it will be clear, and the deed will be vacuum. " It is silent, there is no silence; Silent, illusory, illusory. ..... Those who know today don't need to know, but only know, then the front will not go out, and the back will not, and the back and forth will be intermittent, and the middle will be isolated, regardless of the body, and should be eliminated in time. It is strange to know that the body is destroyed and suddenly it seems empty, and there is little time for silence, but there is no income, that is, there is no sleep, no sleep. This is the original place. It's hard to understand that you can fall in love at first sight, forget it completely, feel empty and silent, and feel ignorant. This is the original point. In the early days, people should have three evils: one evil, that is, thinking about the five desires in the world. Two good things are like miscellaneous good things in the world. Three don't remember, that is, good and evil don't agree, you are shocked. 」

Zu said: Only this is not polluted, and it is the protection of all Buddhas. You are, and so am I.

A Zen master of Mazu Road said to the public, "You all believe that your heart is a Buddha, and this heart was brought to China by Bodhidharma from Nantianzhu to teach you the method of unity and make you enlightened. 」

"Road need not be repaired, but it cannot be polluted. 」

Zen master Baizhang Huaihai said, "The light shines alone, leaving dust behind, and the body is really exposed, not limited to words." The heart has no dye, and it is self-explanatory, but it is separated from the illusory fate, just like the Buddha. 」

Q: "What is the key to public epiphany? The teacher said: you should rest from all relationships, rest everything, good and bad, and learn all the world laws. Don't remember, don't climb, let go of your body and mind, let it be at ease, like water and stone, and your heart is doing nothing. If the mind is empty, a bright day will appear, just like a cloud opening the sunrise. 」

Huang Boli, a Buddhist monk, said: "Only this single heart is the Buddha, and the Buddha is no different from all beings. But all living beings, wanting to be different from each other, seek it and turn it. Let the Buddha find the Buddha, grasp the heart, rob the poor and help the rich, and finally get nothing. I don't know what to worry about, Buddha now. 」

"If you want to become a Buddha, you don't need to learn all the Buddhism. You just need to learn and not seek anything. If you don't want anything, your heart will not be born. Nothing, the heart will not die. If you are not born, you will become a Buddha. 」

"It is easy to forget the situation, but it is difficult to forget the heart. People dare not forget their initial heart, for fear of failure, and there is nowhere to touch. I don't know if there is no space, the only true method. 」

"But if you forget your heart, you will be comfortable in dharma. This is for thrift. 」

"Most mortals hinder the heart and reason for the environment. I often want to escape from this country with a clear conscience and screen things to save my mind. I don't know, but there is a connection between the heart and the mind. But it makes the heart empty; But let reason be silent and don't pour out your heart. 」

"Dust removal is very tired. It's not freezing in the cold, how can plum blossoms smell sweet? 」

Lin Ji Zen master Yi Xuan said in the last class: "There is no real person in the Red Meat Group. He often goes in and out of other people's homes. There's no evidence. Look. Sometimes a monk asks: How can there be no real people? The teacher came down from the meditation bed and held a cloud: Tao! Tao! The monk suggested that the teacher asked, "There is no real person. "Tao flow, that is, the people who listen to the Dharma clearly and vividly now, are everywhere, well versed in the four directions and comfortable in the three realms. 」

"You might as well have a rest and have nothing to do. Don't continue when you get up, and don't put away until you get up. It will win you ten years. 」

Master Xi Shi of Nanyue came to the class and said, "My method was first taught by the Buddha. Don't meditate and make progress, just learn Buddhism. That is, the heart is the Buddha, the heart is the Buddha, and Bodhi is troubled. You should know that your body and mind are separated from each other, and your nature is unclean. Zhan Ran is complete, and all saints are in harmony. Poor application, centrifugal consciousness. There are three worlds and six roads, only from the heart. Dong Shanshan, a Buddhist monk, said, "You should keep your heart untouched, step by step, without stopping, and then you should respond accordingly." 」

"The way unintentionally, people unintentionally. They want to know if someone they like is old or not. 」

Master Hongren, the fifth ancestor, said: "There is only one multiplication, and the one who takes it is of one heart." "But to keep a heart is that the heart is really like a door. 」

Wu Yuan, the Zen master, said, "Don't make noise or be quiet, but make China empty and foreign countries smooth." "The heart is empty, and the outer edge is silent. 」

"Cut to the chase, the most important thing is to forget yourself first, so that I can be quiet and happy, and I can be high-spirited and high-spirited. Of all the methods, there is no choice. 」

Hui Tang: "Honesty is the same fate, and we will never be delusional. Six windows are silent, so you can sit quietly and study, and you won't lose one. " 」

Master Fu: "To become a Buddha, don't dye anything. 」

Lin Jiyun said: "A scholar should first understand his true opinions. If he realizes his ideas, he will not be affected by life and death and live in freedom. Don't ask him to be better than himself. However, if you can't do it today, you are confident that you are ill. If you are not confident enough, even if you are busy, you will be biased towards the whole world and remain confused. All benevolent people will be different from their ancestors if they can rest for a long time. Do you want to know the Buddha? That is, what you are listening to at present is the bottom of the law. If you are not confident enough, you will ask for it. What you win is just a Zen, which is far from the Buddha. Virtue, at this time, does not seek truth, does not seek consciousness, robs thousands of lives, reincarnation of the three realms, likes and dislikes, and goes to the belly of the donkey and cow.

You are confident, but something is missing. The six divine lights never stop. A pure light is your dharma Buddha; If you have no light, it is you who report to the Buddha; Thinking without light is your incarnation as a Buddha. These three people are the people who listen to Buddhism at present. In order to do nothing, it has these three functions. However, these three are just famous sayings. Therefore, the cloud stands in righteousness. In fact, both the dharma body and the dharma land know that it is light and shadow. Virtue, to know people who play with light and shadow, this is the origin of all buddhas and the foundation of all laws. Virtue, four big bodies, do not know how to listen, vanity does not know how to listen. It is because you are so ignorant at present that you can understand the law. So the monk said to you that the five aggregates are in the field, and there are no real people in it. There is no interval, why not take it? The heart is invisible and runs through all directions. See it in your eyes, smell it in your ears, grasp it in your hands, and run under your feet. The heart is not born, and it is free everywhere. When the monk saw the place, he sat down to report to the Buddha's head, and he felt like a guest in all ten places. Waiting for a wonderful second sleep is like wearing a chain. Lohan branches are like dirt. Bodhi nirvana is like a donkey. Why is this happening? There is a barrier that can be covered three times. If the truth comes out, it won't ... time is a pity. 」

As mentioned above, if we copy the teachings of our ancestors about mind-watching, those who are considerate will be greatly inspired. If we use it properly, we can break through the sacred barrier until we become Buddhas. To sum up, we must treat the false heart unintentionally, and the sincerity can be revealed. Nirvana is equal in life and death, and the place where false hearts rest is Bodhi. Some people wonder: if people are not careful, they will stick to rocks with grass and trees. Can they participate in meditation? This is a wrong view. The so-called unintentional, non-unintentional body, is unintentional; Nothing in my heart is unintentional. Zen master Deshan said, "If you have no thoughts and no intention to help, it will be ethereal and wonderful. 」

There are many ways to say that you have no intention to work hard. There are many ways. Today, according to Sincerity, I will give three examples for your reference:

One is to realize. It is said that when doing work, you should always stop thinking, beware of thinking, you will be born when you think about it, then you will feel broken, and you will not be born when you think about it. You don't need this wisdom, you will forget it. This is called an unintentional mistake. Therefore, the ancestors cloud; "I'm not afraid to watch, but I'm afraid I'll feel late. Sanzu said: "There is no need to ask for Tao, just wait and see. "This is a waste of time.

Second, have a rest. This means that when you work, you don't think about good or evil. When you feel, you will have a rest. When you meet fate, you will rest. The ancients said: "You can practice in vain, and you can miss for a thousand years. You can go to the cool, you can go to the ancient temple incense burner. " Straight into the dust, separated from each other, like a fool, there are fewer corresponding points. This is a time for rest.

Three words reveal physical uses. It is said that things are done without distinction between inside and outside, east and west, north and south. You can't afford to get out if you only make a big way in all directions. The ancients said: "The whole body is seamless, and the top and bottom are wonderful." . "Yes, but it reveals the human body's use of annihilation kung fu.

Quote three hard methods, but get a corresponding one. Even if Xi Zhi is mature, he will be self-destructive and sincere.

The main purpose of participating in meditation and observing the mind is to extinguish modesty and show one's sincerity. I tried, did I just sit still, or did I lie alive? It is absolutely necessary to sit and study. You should sit still for a period of time every day and night, but you should pay attention to rest when walking, living, sitting and sleeping, which wastes time. When you move effectively, you will naturally react when you sit still. Yongjia Yun said, "Doing is meditation, sitting is meditation, speaking silently, moving. This is to integrate Zen with life. Those who use their skills skillfully can't stand all kinds of miracles, and all kinds of demons don't look back. I'm afraid I won't do it if I don't believe it. If I believe, I will never lose the middle way in Siwei, and I will always be ahead.

"On Faith" said: "If you stop practicing, you will live in a quiet place, keep your body upright and ignore your breathing, your appearance, your air, your fire and water, and even your knowledge. All thoughts are removed with thoughts, and so are thoughts. All laws, no phase, can not be forgotten, can not read the realm at will. Get rid of the heart in the back. If the mind is scattered, that is, it is taken, and then it lives in mindfulness. If you are an upright person, you should know that there is no external realm. Without self-reflection, it is impossible to study. Do a thing from sitting, walking, stopping, at all times, always think about convenience, follow observation, get familiar with it for a long time, learn from it, live with your heart, gradually gain benefits, and follow the truth like samadhi. The troubles have deepened, confidence has increased, and progress has been rapid. " This is a clear message from A?vagho?a Bodhisattva to scholars. When going into the future and entering everything, he always thinks about convenience and observes with him, trying to stop his delusion.

I pulled up many kudzu vines, bound many people and untied them from Zen. There is no real method, which is quite different from that of family education. But I think it is useful for beginners to use this kudzu vine as an introduction to meditation.
