My personal experience: two weeks: the thigh and leg circumference decreased by 3cm. Leg 1.6-7cm.
Method:
1. Lie flat on the bed, feet together, and lift up 45 degrees. This is mid-air. Hold 15 seconds, then raise your legs to 90 degrees with the bed surface, and then try to spread your legs to both sides before restoring. Repeat this for 10 times, and then lie flat for 3 seconds. This is a cycle, do it five times. (Thigh thin)
2. Lie flat with your legs together and perpendicular to the bed surface. Lift your hips, head and neck off the ground (bed). Lift the left leg, perpendicular to the bed surface, and hold it for 15 seconds. Change your right leg. This is a cycle. Do it three or five times. Look at yourself. (stovepipe root and strong ass:)
3. Stand against the wall, stick the tripod as straight as possible against the wall, and push your feet up as high as possible. Do 15 times. Then lift one foot (whatever, just a little higher from the ground), hook your toes and try to get back into the ditch. 15 times (stovepipe)
4. Stand with your feet slightly wider than your shoulders. Raise your elbows and prepare for chest expansion. Try not to move the upper body, and wrap the figure with a cross. (Thin waist, super effective. Especially for the fat at the back of the waist. )
That's what I did. Go to sleep and do it. Very useful. That's how I lost more than 8 Jin in two weeks.
I'll give you some tips to lose weight: eat less and stick to it. Stick to eating less.
And try to eat less pasta when you lose weight. My personal experience. I lost more than 8 kg in 2 weeks. I was so happy that I ate a big bowl of noodles tied to the river and came back with 2 Jin. )
