I felt very tired after a few steps, so I tried to lose weight by inspiration. In fact, it is not difficult to simply lose the fat on your body, as long as you have enough perseverance.
First of all, I must start with diet, but I can't go on a hunger strike or anything. Otherwise, even if you lose weight successfully, it will leave sequelae to your body and cause harm to your body. Don't overeat, try to eat some light food. Of course, I can't be a monk every day. Nutrition must keep up, so I will eat some delicious vegetables and tofu every three days to stay away from greasy things.
Secondly, we should do more exercise. Exercise is not the kind of hard work. If you do extreme sports for a long time, your body will be overwhelmed. So at first, I will do some simple things, such as running, skipping rope, and often do the preparatory activities that the teacher taught us when we were in physical education class. In fact, those preparatory activities are quite difficult to do seriously, but they are very useful.
As long as I keep doing warm-up activities several times a day and then start running, at least ten kilometers a day, it is also very helpful to play basketball and badminton more at ordinary times. When I first started to lose weight, I got tired of playing badminton for half an hour. I'm used to it. I often play with my friends for a few hours, which is very interesting. Slowly I persisted for a year, from 160 kg to 135 kg, and my physical fitness was particularly good. I usually give my classmates backpacks to climb mountains.
Personally, I think it is difficult to lose weight, but as long as you make up your mind and stick to it, you will succeed. As I said above, physical education class's lesson preparation activities in middle schools are well done, and if you persist in them every day, you will gain a lot.
