Go to the fluoroscopy room for chest fluoroscopy according to the physical examination guide; 6. After all the inspection items are completed, return the medical examination instruction sheet to the medical examination registration office; 7. Go to the accreditation office of the Public Health Department in five working days. Matters needing attention in handling health certificate 1. Health certificates are divided into two categories: health certificates for catering service employees and health certificates for employees in public places.
