People's Republic of China (PRC) Wildlife Protection Law is a law for protecting and saving rare and endangered wildlife, protecting, developing and rationally utilizing wildlife resources, and maintaining ecological balance.

Hurting someone else's pet will have the following consequences:

1. If it constitutes a minor injury or more, the hitter is suspected of intentional injury and shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. Be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance;

2. If the injury is identified as minor injury, only civil compensation can be demanded, and the victim can directly sue the court for personal injury compensation. At the same time, you can ask for administrative punishment;

3. After the public security organ files a case, the victim can also file a criminal incidental civil action for compensation. Of course, you can also directly sue the court for personal injury compensation.

Civil compensation for personal injury includes medical expenses, nursing expenses, lost time, hospital food subsidies, nutrition expenses, transportation expenses, etc. In addition, if the level of disability is assessed after disability appraisal, you can ask for disability compensation and mental damages.

Pets do harm to people, and the consequences are often manifold, mainly in the following situations:

1, simple property damage, such as property damage caused by animal impact;

2, causing temporary harm to the human body, such as being chased by animals, causing sprained feet and being bitten by animals;

3, causing permanent harm to the person, such as disability or leaving permanent scars in important parts;

4, causing death. The damage caused by animals has different consequences and the scope of compensation is also different. If simple property losses are caused, only direct losses need to be compensated. If it causes temporary harm to people, the victim needs some time to recover. In addition to compensation for direct losses, he should also pay medical expenses, nursing expenses, lost time or other income. If permanent injury is caused to people, medical and nursing expenses, lost wages or other income, disability living allowance, etc. Compensation should be given according to the specific degree of disability. Death will also involve treatment expenses, funeral expenses, solatium, and the victim's dependents (such as the living expenses of parents and minor children who are unable to work).
