The idea of meditation only became very strong when I attended yoga instructor training last year. Later, it became a habit and went on intermittently, but after all, it was a seed planted in my heart and had sprouted. I will give it a chance to grow up eventually.

Because I practice yoga all the year round, I know more and more about my body. In summer, I am always sleepy. Teacher Miro said, "My mind is too tired to sleep", which made me go into meditation again and change my physique through self-healing.

After a simple wash, sit cross-legged on the yoga mat, count down the phone for 30 minutes, turn on the quiet music, close your eyes, and your consciousness is only breathing.

I just started to meditate, but I can basically maintain my state for a day by meditating half an hour in advance every day. Of course, slacking off is always inevitable. I can't sit for half an hour, but I will sit for ten minutes. If I am in a hurry to go out in the morning, I will do it at noon or at night. I believe in the power of habits, and I also know the pain that must be experienced in the process of getting rid of bad habits.

Self-cultivation is not only respect for oneself, but also respect for members. It is a happy thing to practice for more than one hour or at least ten minutes every morning, which wakes up not only the body, but also the brain cells and starts the day's work refreshed.

In yoga, I don't pursue the difficulty of posture, let alone the quantity. I am just immersed in this breath, and I will accept whatever time gives me.

Soft body, clear mind, stable mood, relaxed life ... these are beyond my expectations. Keep watching, what a surprise!

Breakfast, as the name implies, is a meal in the morning. But how many people don't eat breakfast all year round? As the old saying goes, eat well at breakfast, eat well at lunch and eat less at dinner. It can be seen that the importance of breakfast is just that more and more people overeat at night and breakfast is not enough.

Since early meditation and yoga, eating breakfast regularly has naturally developed. After a simple wash before meditation, go to the kitchen to wash millet porridge and boil water over low heat. After yoga, put the eggs in the pot, wash them, put on makeup and change clothes. Everything is ready, the porridge and eggs in the pot can be cooked, and a simple breakfast, together with the bought miscellaneous grains bread and side dishes, is ready. If you have enough time, you can also prepare some fruits and nuts, and your energy in the morning is enough.
