Experience in using the daily task punch-in APP (including recommendation and eggs)
I have been using the punch (habit) APP recently. From the initial enthusiasm to the intermittent opening due to work delay, I finally looked at the reminder indifferently and lost my desire. Let me briefly talk about my personal experience.

First, gently discourage:

? Punching software is of little use to people with strong self-control and people with weak self-control Personally, I think-

? Function ①: When you start to do something, it can play a certain reminding role.

? Function 2: You can record the days of persistence and show off and share your achievements with your friends.

Second, the applicable population:

? Students or free people: they have more free time and can complete their daily tasks within a certain period of time. As an office worker who is busy like a dog every day, I am too lazy to finish it in the APP, even if I finish my daily tasks. )

? Have a certain degree of self-control: people with weak self-control are not suitable, because once interrupted, they will lose a considerable part of their passion. It is better to stick a piece of paper in a conspicuous place, write down what you want to do and stick to it.

? Sharing max: sometimes sharing is also a way to urge yourself, and it is also worth showing off to make yourself better. (introverted I express envy and jealousy)

Third, (the point is coming! ) APP recommendation

? There are many punch-in apps, most of which limit the number of tasks (3 or 6), and the number of paying users can be unlimited. If there are not many daily tasks (I really don't recommend too many for office workers who don't have much leisure time) and there is no uncomfortable obsessive-compulsive disorder, then you can choose at will, ibetter, small daily tasks (small goals, small punching cards, basic goods), etc., with achievement system, shared cards and so on.

? This article mainly recommends several free apps that I have studied, and the number of tasks is unlimited. (Personal needs: ① complete basic functions, ② de-socialization, ③ unlimited)

? "I am used to it" (free)

Among the free special punching software, the only one that does not limit the number of tasks.

Advantages: complete basic functions and simple punching.

Disadvantages: the simple UI is not very nice, and there is no achievement system.

? "Arrange Me" (Limited Exemption)

? The main function is scheduling, and you can clock in by setting task repetition.

? Advantages: You can set the target of the number of tasks, set the cycle of daily, weekly and monthly, and skip holidays and vacations (the vacation date can be set by yourself). Holiday design is a unique highlight. The new version seems to be able to assign tasks to friends, but it hasn't been tried yet. )

? Disadvantages: UI is business-oriented, with no achievement system, and only supports IOS 1 1.

? "List if" (free)

? The main function is the project to be published, and punching in is realized by setting repetitive tasks.

? Advantages: the UI is simple and beautiful, the gesture operation is also very good, and you can also export pdf.

? Disadvantages: no statistical function, no achievement system.

? "Counting Pro" (limited exemption)

? Ultra-lightweight APP, the main function is counting and punching.

? One thing: simple to the extreme

? Disadvantages: Buddhism! No reminder function, no achievement system.

Fourth, personal direction.

? I used to pay with "I'm better", but now it's changed to "counting relatives"+"what to do today" Because I find that it takes a long time, reminding me can't motivate me to finish my daily tasks. These tasks are already in my mind, just because I don't have time to finish the work. On the other hand, I also need a counting APP (which is less attractive), such as recording how many times I have eaten hot pot this month.

? In general, mobile phones are still auxiliary after all, so don't rely too much. Change still depends on yourself.

Five, little eggs

? I don't think there are many to-do apps that can surpass the apps that come with the iphone. I recommend these three interesting "『ScheduleMe』", "Listify" and "to do today".

? "Schedule Me" is a sharp weapon for users who are good at daily planning and project planning. Interested parties can study and use it in depth.

? The task item of "listify" has no date, which is the task box I want, and all the unfinished tasks are in it. The simple and beautiful interface really touched my baby.

? The task to be done today has no date and no reminder function. The biggest highlight is that the widget can be operated directly (even without opening the APP), and the unfinished quantity is marked, but I found that it will not be updated without opening the app corner.
