Speed up running: shift gears

Forward: w or up arrow key

Tilt to the left: Q.

Tilt to the right: e

The tilting action is still very useful in some corner positions.

Jump: space bar or right mouse button

Squat: c

Turn left: left arrow key

Turn right: right arrow key

Hold still: Alt press this key, the mouse will not be able to control the direction, and the line of sight will stay in the direction before pressing this key.
