Three kinds of oil-free vegetables are the same as above.
Lose weight 8- 10 kg ditto/whole wheat bread with oil-free or oil-less vegetables ditto/oil-free vegetables.
Weight loss: 10- 12kg ditto/whole wheat bread with oil-free vegetables or vegetables with little oil or stir-fry ditto/oil.
After losing weight 12kg, the same as above/whole wheat bread with oil-free vegetables or oil-less vegetables or oil-less cooking can be added with a spoonful of rice/oil-less cooking as above.
Don't eat animal viscera, ginger, pepper, pepper, high-calorie food and high-sugar food during weight loss. You can only drink boiled water, not drinks and wine.
