Don't be partial to food. Like protein and carbohydrates, fat is an important nutrient for the body. A diet without any fat can only disrupt metabolism.
In order not to feel hungry and be tempted by delicious food for a day, it is best to eat 4-6 times a day to avoid gorging because of eating less. You can eat a piece of super/grade /P/57, a piece of fruit, a piece of skim cheese, a piece of jelly or a cup of yogurt between meals.
