Ps: In order to avoid losing my inspiration, I will write down the key words while reading a book and sort them out later.
(3) Write 600+ paragraphs in the afternoon.
I can finish a complete article of about 2000 words in about 3-4 days. Split down, I ask myself to write an argumentative essay every day, 600 words+.
Writing in the afternoon follows the chewing mode of input first and then output. The inspiration of morning reading, as well as the hot news on the internet, will bring better ideas and updated arguments for my writing.
(4) At night, read light books.
Before going to bed at night, I will choose to read some classic novels, such as foreign literature, science fiction and suspense, and novel books are also very suitable for listening to books.
Stories, or chicken soup, are also suitable for relaxing at night. Just flip through it and read it, but you don't need to concentrate on understanding it in depth, so you can relax and relieve boredom.
Second, exercise to lose weight.
(1) In the morning, gentle yoga stretches the body and mind.
I just want to stretch my body gently in the morning and don't want to sweat. I like doing yoga to stretch and relax my body. When I have more time, I will take yoga classes to strengthen my body.
(2) Pamela burns fat efficiently at night.
Go home from work and do strenuous sweating exercise before dinner. According to Pamela's schedule, you can exercise all over your body and form a habit. Losing weight is not a problem.
(3) At night, do soothing exercises at regular intervals.
Relaxation exercise is mainly a kind of light exercise to correct posture, such as stretching shoulder and neck and contracting trapezius muscle.
My goals after work every day are mainly reading, writing and stretching. It is not concentrated at one time, because it is unreasonable and easy to produce fatigue.
