The meeting said that it is necessary to promote the implementation of reform with strong supervision and accountability. When the house leaks, it rains all night, and the insider is in the next place, the inspector can't just listen to the report, but should listen to the voice of the people more directly, understand the real situation, find the crux and pain point, and make rectification. The meeting stressed that to promote the reform of decentralization, strengthen supervision and improve services, it is necessary to consolidate the foundation of the rule of law, adapt to the reform process in accordance with the requirements of major reforms based on the law, and speed up the formulation, reform and abolition of relevant laws and regulations.
