The Quaker's name for Sunday
Soup and fruit. All fruits can be eaten except bananas, but melons and watermelons should be eaten less because they contain more calories than other fruits. You can only eat soup and fruit on the first day. If you drink tea, coffee and juice, please don't add milk and sugar.

Soup and vegetables. You can eat all vegetables except soup the next day, and it is best to choose fresh vegetables. Don't eat beans and corn. You can have some baked potatoes at noon.
Please remember: don't eat any fruit, drink plenty of water.
the third day
Soup, fruit and vegetables. You can't eat baked potatoes on this day. Feel free to drink soup, eat fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water when you book.
If you can strictly follow the dietary regulations for the first three days, you can lose 2-3 kilograms.
The fourth day
Soup, fruit, vegetables, milk and bananas. Besides soup, fruits and vegetables, you can also eat 1 cup of milk and 3 bananas.
Remember: you shouldn't drink more milk than soup.
Fifth day
Soup, beef and tomatoes. Besides soup, you can also eat some tomatoes and beef. 200 grams of beef can be eaten, and tomatoes can be eaten raw. On this day, you are required to drink 6-8 glasses of water and only drink soup once.
sixth day
Beef and leafy vegetables. Please help yourself to beef and vegetables. You can have two steaks, but you can't eat baked potatoes. Besides drinking soup once, be sure to drink more water.
Seventh day
Rice, juice, vegetables and soup. You can eat rice and vegetables, drink unsweetened juice and drink plenty of water. Vegetables can be fried with onions.
