Activity principle
Rest and light daily activities are the main activities within two weeks. It is recommended to use a walker or crutch to avoid falling. It doesn't hurt to walk a few times when you feel good. If you feel uncomfortable with swelling, it is recommended to rest.
When going up the stairs, the good foot should go first, and the operating foot should go later. When going down the stairs, the operating foot should be lowered first, and then the good foot should be lowered.
Rehabilitation mainly focuses on thigh muscle strength training and joint range of motion training. Exercise until the joints are tight or slightly painful. Don't be too hasty or too painful.
Please take safety as the first consideration when riding a bike, motorcycle and driving.
Ankle movement
Objective: To promote blood return and help lower limbs to reduce swelling.
Practice: lie flat, the affected limb and leg are straight, and the foot board is forced to step up and down. Repeat 20 times, 1 day 2-3 times.
