Huangdi Neijing said: "The sun is Yang, and if the sky and the sun lose their place, they will lose their lives."
Yang plays a great role, and all our internal organs are driven by Yang. In other words, our life is made up of a lot of yang, and the deficiency of yang is disease.
When the yang in our bodies is insufficient, our bodies will be attacked by smog and diseases.
Then, some toxic phlegm is easily blocked in the meridians in the body, which may be thyroid nodules, breast hyperplasia, hysteromyoma, lipoma and so on.
In other words, where the yang is insufficient, which part of the body is prone to illness.
Take female thyroid nodules as an example. Nodules are caused by stagnation of liver qi and disharmony between liver and spleen, which leads to endogenous phlegm in the body, and the entanglement of qi stagnation, phlegm coagulation and blood stasis leads to the formation of nodules.
Why are there phlegm-dampness, blood stasis and qi stagnation? It is precisely because of the lack of yang in this human body that these things are produced.
Therefore, in order to eliminate nodules, we must first make up the yang in the body. How to make up?
I will share with you three herbs, namely, dried ginger, aconite and cinnamon. These three herbs are the traditional Chinese medicines that Zhang Zhongjing often mentioned in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
Dried ginger is pungent and hot, and enters the stomach, spleen, heart and lung meridians. It has the effects of warming the middle warmer, dispelling cold, restoring yang, dredging veins, warming the lung and resolving fluid.
Among the prescriptions collected in Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing, there are more than 20 kinds of prescriptions using dried ginger, such as Sinisan, Fu Jiang Decoction and Bai Tong Decoction.
These drugs have the effects of warming middle warmer, dispelling cold and restoring yang, which can help to supplement the yang of human body.
Fuzi is hot, sweet and pungent, and enters the heart, kidney and spleen meridians. It has the functions of restoring yang to save inverse, reinforcing fire to help yang, dispelling cold and relieving pain.
This medicine was often used by old Chinese medicine practitioners in ancient times to restore yang and save inverse. There is a very classic prescription called Sini Decoction, which is mainly composed of dried ginger, aconite and licorice.
Modern medicine is often used to relieve heart failure, myocardial infarction, acute gastroenteritis, shock and other dangerous situations. This is enough to see the power of aconite to restore yang and save the inverse.
Cinnamon is hot, sweet and pungent, and enters the kidney, spleen, heart and liver meridians. It has the functions of dispelling cold, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, dredging menstruation, tonifying fire and supporting yang.
Cinnamon is a product of pure yang, which is good at filling the fire of life gate and has the effect of igniting the fire back to Yuan. Including many Chinese medicine prescriptions containing cinnamon.
Such as Guifu Lizhong Pill, Fugui Bawei Pill, Duhuo Jisheng Decoction, etc., have the effects of nourishing qi and blood, nourishing liver and kidney and strengthening yang.
For people with thyroid nodules, traditional Chinese medicine can be applied externally on the basis of the above drugs, which can help dissipate the nodules more effectively.
