1. Select My Computer and right-click Properties.

2. Open the system properties and click Advanced → Settings.

3. Click Advanced → Change in the pop-up performance options.

4. At this point, the user can clearly see that the virtual memory of "drive C" occupies between 768- 1536MB.

5. Enter "0" in the small space after "Custom Size → Initial Size (MB)", then enter "0" in "Maximum Size (MB)" and click "Settings".

6. At this time, the virtual memory of drive C no longer exists, and then select "No paging file".

7. Next, select drive E to set virtual memory in drive E, click the custom size and enter 256 in the small space after the initial size (MB), then enter 5 12 in the maximum size (MB), and then click Set.

8. Users can see that the file size of the "E drive" page in the "Drive (Volume Label)" column is "256-5 12MB", and virtual memory is set, and click "OK".

9. "You need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect" appears, and then click OK.
