What I am most afraid of is that others will give me a vague theme and direction with a pile of information and materials, let me make a video and ask me when I can finish it.
I said to have a copy, but many people don't know how to write a video copy, which makes me very helpless. The copy here can also be called a script, not just the text material that appears in the video.
There is no copy, and many times you can only make videos according to your own guesses. I often organize the material while conceiving the copy. The other party is not satisfied, and it has to be revised many times, which makes me particularly headache.
The reason is that there is no definition of the problem and I don't know what the other party really wants.
So how to write a video copy? I have compiled some steps to share with you:
Video copy must have a theme, the overall introduction of the video and the purpose of video production.
Common demonstration forms:
0 1. Pictures+videos+subtitles
02. Video+subtitles+audio
03. Picture+Video+Subtitle+Audio
0 1. Duration
Determine the approximate duration of the entire video.
02. Opening subtitles
The title is the guiding stone of the whole video. You can make a title according to the theme and determine the duration of the title.
The style of the title, such as fashion and dynamic, cool technology, lively cartoon, nostalgia and retro, aesthetic romance, simple atmosphere and so on …
03. Video/pictures
Determine the sequence, form and stay time of the video/picture.
04. Subtitle
Determine where subtitles appear on the screen: top, middle, bottom, left, right, etc.
Determines whether the background of the subtitle is a solid color background or a video/picture background.
Animation effects of subtitles, such as fading in and out, scrolling from bottom to top, etc.
05.vocal
The use of background music, dubbing, narration, appearance time and volume, etc.
06. The movie is over
Determine the appearance form, animation effect and background of the ending.
It's usually scrolling subtitles. If you don't know how to write subtitles, just think about the ending curtain call of the movie we often watch.
Generally, there are cast, director, screenwriter, lighting, art, modeling, photography and so on.
Straighten out these points, a clear video copy will come out, and then the definition of the problem will be solved.
I can easily make a video clip according to the requirements of copywriting (script), even if it is revised later, it will not change much.
