Arm slimming method
Arm exercise 1: put your hands across your chest. Palm up, arms as far as possible, keep a straight line with the body, and hold for 15 seconds. Do it again 20 times.
Arm Exercise 2: Put your arms apart and raise them above your head. Stretch your arms upward as far as possible, keep a straight line with your body, swing your wrists and do the cutting action. After doing 15 seconds continuously, the arm falls freely and quickly. Do it 20 times.
