Working principle of negative pressure oxygen respirator
The gas exhaled by the wearer from the lungs enters the cleaning tank through the mask, tee joint, exhalation hose and exhalation valve. After the carbon dioxide component in the exhaled gas is absorbed by the absorbent in the cleaning tank, the remaining gas enters the airbag. In addition, the oxygen stored in the oxygen cylinder enters the airbag through the high-pressure conduit and pressure reducer, and the gases merge to form oxygen-containing gas. When the wearer inhales, the oxygen-containing gas enters the human lungs from the airbag through the inhalation valve and the inhalation hose, thus completing a breathing cycle. In this cycle, because the exhalation valve and the inhalation valve are both one-way valves, the airflow always flows in one direction.
