I lost less than three days before, and then I began to eat and drink more and more. This time, I was lucky to have someone to accompany me, reminding me evenly, and reminding me to make a good exercise plan and diet plan, and accompany me to climb the mountain to consume excess fat. Without Jun Jun's help, this estimate may end in failure. But I persisted for 20 days and my stomach shrank. I believe that as long as I don't indulge myself, I will definitely lose 90 pounds.

Hard work will always pay off. In just 16 days, the number in weighing scale has dropped by 8 kg, from 104 kg at the beginning to 96 kg now. What a celebration!
