1 Eat as little as possible for dinner, or don't eat.
Get into the habit of walking for half an hour after meals, or standing for half an hour instead of sitting.
Get into the habit if you have nothing to do. Don't take the elevator if you can climb the stairs. Don't take the bus if you can walk.
Consciously jog for 30 minutes once a week, and skipping rope for more than 15 minutes can of course be grouped.
If you don't like running, it is easy. That's what I did. I walk twice a week, each time 10 km. Not only exercise endurance, but also improve various functions of the body.
Then within three months, you will find yourself obviously thinner and healthier.
